Lautes Türknallen mindert die Schlafqualität

Cons:

Aufzug nach zwei Wochen immer noch defekt. Zimmer war im Vergleich zum letzten Mal sehr hellhörig. Lautes Türenknallen ab 06.00 Uhr auf den Fluren.

Unpersönliche Datenkrake ohne Service.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist ok.

Cons:

Das ganze selber Einchecken und online Mist ist nervig. Und das für den Preis vom eines richtigen Hotels. Dazu kommt noch die Datenkrake und b lastigende Werbung nach dem Aufenthalt. Und meine Kaffeemaschine war kaputt. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Kaffee/Tee ist gratis.

Cons:

Einchecken war mit Tablet aber hat bei uns nicht geklappt.
Auschecken das gleiche...am 07.00 sollte jemand beim Rezeption sein, aber am 07.20 war noch immer keine da und hat Personal von Frühstuck gesagt das wir dem Pass einfach hinlegen können.
Kleine Parkplätze beim Hotel.
Beim anrufen ist alles mit KI.
Lift war Kaput, Person von Rezeption hat gesagt das das oft passiert. Nach 2. stock mit Gepäck gelaufen, und die Türe sind wirklich sehr schwer, auch von Zimmer.
0 Privacy beim WC/Dusche.
Lichten beim WC/Dusche waren auch Kaput.
Kaum Platz das du hinter das Bett vorbei laufen kannst.
Bei jede Bewegung schiebt das Bett hin und her. Auch wann du dich umdrehst.
Airconditioning ist so das es genau in dein Gesicht kommt die ganzen Nacht.
Du hörst alles von andere Zimmer.

Das Personal, soweit es erreichbar war, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Die sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Der Aufzug direkt in unsere Etage war die komplette Zeit defekt. Zugang etwas umständlich über den Flur im zweiten Stock zum Treppenhaus hoch in die vierte Etage.

Diesmal nicht gut
Pros:

Zum X-ten Mal im Hotel.

Cons:

Ein Zimmer im 4 Stock zu erhalten, obwohl der Fahrstuhl defekt ist, finde ich grenzwertig.
Vor 4 Wochen hiess es, er würde am nächsten Tag repariert. Gleiche Aussage gestern. Geht gar nicht.
Ein Zimmer für 180 die Nacht und es fehlten die Kaffeekapseln, Zucker, Nilch und Löffel ist auch nicht angemessen.
