Не се колебайте!
Pros:

Нищо особено, къща в тих квартал със много зелени улици, Паркинг в двора, ресторант отсреща. Добавяме и пекарната на 300 метра, която отваря в 6 часа сутринта и предлага кафе, сандвичи и току що изпечени закуски Всичко това,заедно с разумната цена ,прави хотелчето отлична междинна спирка. Защо не и за няколко дена?!

Un lugar decepcionante y muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Cerca de una estación de metro para ir al centro de la ciudad. Aparcamiento disponible en la propiedad.

Cons:

(HABITACIÓN Nº 2)... Habitación mugrienta, mal oliente y con múltiples insectos. Camas incómodas. Mobiliario en mal estado. Baño sucio y con elementos del mobiliario en un estado lamentable. Ventana de la habitación rota (no se podía cerrar). Lámpara de la habitación desprendida del techo. Cortinas sucias. Moqueta vieja, desprendida y sucia. Pintura de las paredes en mal estado y sucias. Enchufes que no funcionan. Una lámpara de cama que no funciona. Portarrollos de papel higiénico roto. Porta botellas de jabón para manos y para la ducha, ambos rotos.

El personal apenas hablaba inglés para poder entenderse (para no alemanes). Ausencia de personal en la recepción. No disponibilidad de información turística y/o mapas de Hamburgo. El personal vive en el sótano de la propiedad y genera ruidos y malos olores que se filtran por las ventanas (se hacen sus comidas alli mismo). Falta de higiene del propio personal (malos olores).

Tanto clientes de otras habitaciones como empleados, manteniendo conversaciones en las zonas próximas a las ventanas hasta altas horas de la noche (tanto telefónicas como personales).

Nichts.Kommt man in das Zimmer.Sofort der Gedanke.Was ist das.Duschvorhang verschimmelt.Lüftung im Bad Defekt.Alles roch muffig.Also so ein (ZIMMER)nie wieder.1te Nacht wurde in irgendeinem Zimmer gekocht.Hat so bestialisch nach Essen gerochen.2te Nacht die ganze Nacht nur gerede von Nachbarzimmer.Also sowas habe Ich noch nie gehabt von BOOKING.COM.
Da möchte Ich eigentlich diese APP löschen........

Shops close by . Train close by . Just a short walk … very nice owners .

Cons:

A refrigerator and a fan would have been good . It was hot when I was there . And a mini fridge to keep drinks cool would be nice ..

The guy at the reception was friendly.

Cons:

Bed bugs, huge garbage pile behind the house which attracted flies. Dirty room. Floor and bed dirty. The stuff, four Indian or Pakistani guys talking on their phones and with each other extremely loud all the time in front of the window s of the guests. Will not come back It is one of the cheapest but you get even less than what paid for. The smell is unbearable.
