Würden wir nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Das einzige, was an der Unterkunft wirklich angenehm war, waren die Betten. Sie waren wirklich gemütlich. Die Lage war auch gut. Wir konnten problemlos mit Bus und Bahn überall hin. Ebenfalls war es angenehm das wir einen Parkplatz für das Auto hatten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in keinem guten Zustand. Alles in diesem Raum hatte einen Wasserschaden. Die Türen und Möbel waren aufgequollen von Wasser, im Bad war überall Schimmel in den Fugen und das aller schlimmste, im Eingangsbereich hat es extrem stark nach Curry gerochen. Zum Glück war das Zimmer von diesem Geruch nicht so stark betroffen, aber es war eine wirklich unangenehme Geruchsbelästigung. Zum Personal kann ich nichts sagen, da wir von einem jungen Mann, welcher nur englisch gesprochen hat den Schlüssel erhalten haben und ansonsten niemanden gesehen haben.

Ein ruhiger Ort zum Schlafen und gute Anbindung an Öffis U2 und der Bus. Wenn es an Sonntagen noch ein Frühstücksbistro

Preis Leitung war tiptop. Ich würde wohl wieder buchen wenn ich alleine zur SMM fahre.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier ein paar Minuten von der U-Bahnstation entfernt. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und in Ordnung. Für mich alleine tiptop, mit der Familie würde ich hier wohl nicht übernachten.

Cons:

Das Bettzeug war zwar gewaschen es hatte aber Flecken die scheinbar nicht ausgegangen sind. Das Bett (ein Dobbelbett im Einerzimmer) ging von Wand bis Wand. Um ans Fenster zu kommen muss man über das Bett steigen

Die Lage

Cons:

Unterkunft ist dreckig, stinkt und Personal kann kein deutsch. Ich habe noch nie ein Zimmer in so schlechtem Zustand gesehen. Wände haben Risse, Türrahmen mit Schrauben befestigt, Garderobe hängt halb aus der Wand und im Bad ist das Fenster nur mittig verhangen. Jeder sieht von außen rein.
Am störendsten ist der Schimmel im Bad und der extrem penetrante Geruch im ganzen Gebäude nach orientalischem Essen. Dies ist vom Personal. Bettbezüge riechen unangenehm nach orientalischem Essen ! Alles riecht sehr unangenehm.
