Amazing experience
Pros:

The proffesional approach of the staffs are too good, it is hard to find in today's time. Mr. Rajesh, and Mr. Nirajan was very courteous towards me, in listening to my issues.

I was on road trip with my family from Jharkhand to Kanyakumari ,and planned to stay and visit some famous places on the way. Accordingly this hotel was booked with a condition ,payment on arrival at property. But after some time, they started mailing for payment. I requested them several times through mail that my plan is confirm and as soon as I reached at your property the payment will be made. But after reaching the property, they told that your booking is cancelled.

Further the booking was made through Booking .com and no information in this regard has been received from Booking .com. neither the Hotel agency rang me.

Pros:

Excellent service: The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Comfortable environment: The room was clean, adequately sized, and felt very safe and comfortable.

Overall value: A solid stay despite a few minor areas for improvement.

Cons:

Bathroom size & shower: The bathroom in my room was exceptionally small, and finding the right water temperature in the shower was a bit tricky.

Amenities: Only two 500ml water bottles were provided, instead of the usual 1L bottles you find in most hotels.

Parking access: The hotel sits on a slope, and getting to the parking area requires driving up a very steep ramp. It can be challenging and requires careful driving.
