Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff. Comfortable bed. Good spa.

Cons:

No hot water all the time. If you don't schedule your shower to the time when hot water is provided, count on lukewarm water.

We liked it so much that we re-booked for our return trip
Pros:

Great hospitality, amazing food, spacious rooms, courteous staff. The hotel has ample parking space with valet service available.

Cons:

The traffic and roads leading to the hotel are a buzzkill.

Worth the money! Amazing stay!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and great staff. We had a very long stay which helped us totally get the full experience of the hotel. Good gym and the pool. Breakfast is delicious. Very kind staff especially the breakfast and the cleaning staff. Charles was our favorite member of the staff who was extremely helpful.

Cons:

Lack of communication between their staff and managers causing to have those questions projected on the guests which could be very uncomfortable and trust breaking.

good for a short stay /quick turn around
Pros:

Staff very good. Location - average.....too crowded. Breakfast - was good but super crowded. didnt give a peaceful feel. Carpets need to be reviewed, they look frayed in many places. Our room , i think , may have been below the gym... had a lot of stamping noises in the morning
