Horrible and uncomfortable stay

Cons:

Poorly maintains with no provision of any kind of luxury or a comfort . Check in was done and after usual verification was given keys of the allotted room. As I entered it gave a stinky smell as if was closed of ages or tears. Had booked a superior room and was given a low rated one. Room was horrible as the exhaust of your washrooms were fixed to opening straight to sleeping room.
Room was with dirty linen as can make out from the condition of overused bed sheets and pillows.
Room was booked with breakfast which horrible beyond imagination as was procured from street side restaurant with no option available served only after 0900 am. Toiletries were not provided . On demand was asked to buy shampoo b from outside with soap .
Overall FabHotels branding was a failure and at all if there is a cheap stake . Poor management
Stayed there quite long only because my work place was at walking distance at UTCCeter that’s all.

Unhygienic, stinking & shady looking hotel
Pros:

AC was functional, bathrooms were not as bad as rest of the room

Cons:

This doesn't look anything like the pictures or high ratings suggest. It doesn't have fabhotelboard either. I booked it because it was closest to Jaypee hospital where we had to meet a relative. The Staff was disinterested & denied breakfast although package showed free breakfast. Dirty & torn linen, stinking corridors, shady looking ambience, constant noises around. Bedroom lights have no switches next to the bed and toilet exhaust fan vents into the bedroom!Although my wife's flight was delayed & supposed to join by night, i asked her to stay at the airport n join me in the morning considering how shady the place was. As soon as she arrived, we decided to check out. Unfortunately I paid in advance, else I would have canceled the booking had I seen the place. Please avoid at any cost if you are traveling with family.

Cons:

Nothing, very poor services. Guys at the reception misbehaved. Shady people entering room to assist. Security issues since the other guests seemed very suspicious. Windows and doors in the room are illfitted allowing insects to enter. No food or any other assistance available. My electric equipment got damaged. Staff shouted at me . I checked out the next day. Beware and don’t enter the property.
