Awesome stay at a prime location
Pros:

Location. I know the how posh area is Koregaon park. Getting a budget friendly stay that gives a comfortable stay for a whole family is a great deal. Staff were supportive especially Miss Farah at reception.
Nice hotels just a few steps around and taxi/cab/auto are available round the clock.

Cons:

Not really much but if you are looking for a everything "perfect" stay, then please avoid. I strongly suggest if you are looking for a prime location and within budget, then I strongly recommend.

A very pleasant and convenient stay with excellent staff support.
Pros:

The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the Bund Garden metro station, Osho Teerth Park, and plenty of great cafes. Even though I arrived for a very late check-in around 1:30 AM, the staff was active, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience thanks to the great hospitality.

Cons:

While it wasn't a direct fault of the hotel or staff, the room's noise isolation could definitely be improved. Late one night around 2:00 AM, the guests next door became very loud, which disrupted my sleep and messed up my early morning plans. To their credit, the reception staff acted immediately when I informed them and the neighbors quieted down, but unfortunately, the noise started back up about 30 minutes later.

Необходимо предупреждать ВСЕХ постояльцев о важности соблюдения тишины, коль скоро со звукоизоляцией ничего не сделать.

Комфортный номер, отличный душ что немаловажно , удобный матрас

Cons:

Шумно, звукоизоляции почти нет, просыпаюсь среди ночи от громко говорящих соседей и хлопающих дверей
