I was made to wait for 2.5 hours for the room and the staff says that we didn’t ask you to book here. Blanket was not cleaned, room had hair all over. Overall a very bad experience and rude staff.

Food manager, I think he makes the wrong bill and makes a lot of arguments with a loud noise, he forgets that we are their customers and pays all these without any interruption, I think he is also harassing junior staff.

U have to receive in good manner and once v booked room in online,v r expecting to check in time but v waiting for 45min.
No hot water coming in bathroom, no hotels to take food near by restaurant.

The staff was really good but their efforts were undone by the pathetic service by fab hotels and booking.com particularly the fab hotels their customer service is so pathetic specially the agent I spoke to "Lokesh" he was rude ,made mockery of my situation and when I asked for a supervisor he hung up on me I called again got him again this time also he was rude no empathy no support when asked for supervisor he said he supervisor refused to take the call and I couldn't hear the supervisor in the background who asked him to disconnect the line .I am taking legal against Fab hotels , booking.com and that customer service agent for giving the worst experience of my life .
