Pros:

I liked only the location as it was situated in the centre

Cons:

Firstly it is not linked with Treebo. The whole hotel including rooms smells of cigrette because it has a open coffee shop operating 24 hrs and people smoke there all the time. The staff was not at all friendly, no hot water in the bathroom. I booked room including breakfast, but there was no spread of breakfast. Only 3-4 options everyday that too you order in your room as required.
There are many other hotels in 3-4 star category offering better facilities and ambience than this hotel.

There is no option to zero star or I’d rather preferred that. The property is nothing like what it shows on the website (booking.com), do not get fooled by the photos. Staff is blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional. Even though we payed premium price for room and breakfast, the experience was below par. The manager Ajay Singh was not at all cooperative. Highly recommend not to book your stay with this property.

Average stay with basic amenities, slow room services.
Pros:

I booked with breakfast but it was not provided. Room was quite spacious.

Cons:

Bed could have been better. While we booked a premium room however amenities could have been more better. They just provide hand wash and body wash which is stored in the container. no shampoo, oil or hair dryer. We had to ask for room cleaning. Their breakfast (a la carte) has very minimal options. We ordered s cheese sandwiches from cafe ‘Noua’ which had just tomato, cucumber and mayo( no cheese or spices)

Won’t prefer to stay here next time, may be come for the cafe.

Location was perfect…the food from Noir, cafe, was awesome.

Cons:

I booked thru booking.com at a discounted/deal rate. I had to change my room three times to finally find something i could stay in. The front desk was curt and spoke with take it or leave it attitude(especially the one who handled the desk in the evenings) he seriously came across as ignorant about service standards.

Even whole hotel was empty still they have given us rooms on different stating whole hotel was pack, and we found the whole 3rd no room booked, unnecessary creating bogus reputation. Plus no toiletories given to us, we have to use harsh words to get those
