J’ai rarement rencontré une personne aussi exceptionnelle dans le milieu hôtelier. Pabitra a été absolument remarquable du début à la fin de mon séjour.

Ce qui m’a le plus marqué, ce n’est pas seulement son professionnalisme, mais surtout sa gentillesse, son respect, sa disponibilité et cette véritable volonté de faire plaisir aux clients. Il possède une qualité humaine rare : on sent immédiatement qu’il fait son travail avec le cœur et avec une vraie passion pour les personnes qu’il accueille.

Toujours souriant, attentionné, serviable et d’une grande élégance dans son comportement, Pabitra a largement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Il représente exactement ce que l’on attend d’une personne travaillant dans l’hospitalité : quelqu’un qui ne se contente pas de faire son travail, mais qui fait vivre une véritable expérience aux clients.

Un immense merci à lui pour tout ce qu’il a fait. Des personnes comme Pabitra sont rares et méritent d’être reconnues et valorisées. Je garderai un excellent souvenir de mon séjour, notamment grâce à lui.
