Very good room, very good food, very good mountain view, far from mall road.
Pros:

Room size was big with a huge glass before balcony that gave us a good mountain view. Food was really delicious.

Cons:

Location was too far from the mall road. For a family after 9PM, one has to book a cab for coming back at the hotel from mall road and pay a minimum of INR 500.

Pros:

This hotel best for kids,they have playing area.
Kids can enjoy, Location and View is great.
You can see sun arise view from room.

Cons:

Room was not hygiene, not proper cleaning everywhere dust,
Washroom was not good, no toiletries.
Bedsheets very bed & not wash properly.
Sofacum bed was very dirty.

Pros:

The staff were the only good thing about the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty and smelly. It felt like they don’t clean the rooms after guests checkout. The linen smelt really badly and made for a terrifying experience. Breakfast and the meals served at the restaurant were a joke. The hotel is located at the very end of the road up the hill 1 km from mall road. Basically this hotel charges premium prices without delivering the expected experience just like the whole of Mussoorie. It’s a money grab.
