Food quality has been degraded. I have visited this Hotel more than 5 times from 2024 till date.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in Amritsar and was genuinely satisfied with the overall experience.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The location and overall ambience made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
I noticed visible marks of efflorescence on the walls of the room, which affected the overall appearance. The AC set temperature and the sensed temperature did not match throughout the night. As a result, maintaining a comfortable room temperature was difficult.
I believe these issues should be checked and addressed to improve the guest experience.
Apart from these points, I appreciated the overall service and hospitality during my stay.

Just Go For It. Everything is just Amazing, From the time from Checkin to time to Checkout. The f&b is just perfect. All the amenities are just perfect. I just wish I could extend my stay a bit more!! But no worries, I am definitely choosing the same property during my next visit.
