Please make your rooms more cleaner and dry
Pros:

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the dinner as the food served was fresh but the quantity served for a veg thali was too small a portion. I did not mind another Dal as the it was all that pricy. Location is very good.

Cons:

The rooms check in took a lot of time, no bath towels, the room provided was twin bed while I had ordered for a king size bed. The most important was the AC did not work well. The rooms are ultra - damp, I just had to survive the night.

Pros:

The hotel seems to be relatively new, which gives it a better edge with respect to look and feel. But there are concerns with respect to facilities and options they should improve on. The staff was good and mannered. Even the owner (or the reception person) was also soft spoken and respectful. People wise the property is fine but overall the experience wasn't great. The pricing is also economical so an average stay for few days.

Cons:

I found cockroches in room, WiFi wasn;t working, TV systems were not working. The lobby from lift to room and staircase always smelled smoked. Cigrate bud were lying on floor as well as staircase. Food options were limited with many option marked cross on menu. Intercom wasn;t working either for every request I had to go to reception again and again. We stayed for 2 days and Laundary was on teh way for 2 days. Toletires were asked for only then were provided with dental and hand soap.

It was OK (average) to stay for few hours only.
Pros:

B'fast was OK, location is good.

Cons:

Bad smell on second floor lobby. Only one towel, and that too very small one.
Booking was not reflecting in hotel PC, which takes time to check-in.

Pros:

I stayed at Treebo Pink City Grand for a short time and overall found it comfortable.
The room was clean, tidy, and easy to settle into.
There was an unexpected moment when I noticed a rat in the room on arrival, which was unsettling.
I informed the staff, and they were calm, polite, and quick to help.
They checked the room properly and reassured me until I felt comfortable.
Overall, it was a decent stay, and the staff’s response made a difference. 😊
