Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Lebensmittel frisch und sehr ansprechend. Das Abendessen war ein Genuss, der Koch erkundigte sich persönlich, ob alles in Ordnung war. Das gesamte Personal, samt Chefs, waren ausgesprochen freundlich und liebenswert. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist komfortabel, jederzeit wieder.

Cons:

Ubytování jsme si vybrali především kvůli vyhlášené gastronomii a ocení Bib Gourmand 2026, od kterého člověk logicky očekává skvělý poměr ceny a vysoké kvality. To, co nám ale přistálo na stole, odpovídalo spíše podprůměrnému bistru než podniku s oceněním od Michelinu.
Burger s hranolky: Burger vypadal na pohled obyčejně až neupraveně, houska zplihlá, hranolky vypadaly jako klasický mražený polotovar z fritézy. Žádný nápad, žádná autorská kuchyně ani gastronomická elegance.
Řízek: Absolutní zklamání. Jak je vidět na fotce, strouhanka tvořila 80 % celého pokrmu a uvnitř byl jen tenoučký plátek masa, který se v trojobalu téměř ztrácel. Jídlo bylo navíc zbytečně mastné.
Je obrovská škoda, že si ubytování kazí pověst takto odfláknutým jídlem. Ocenění Michelinu má zavazovat k určité úrovni, ale to, co jsme dostali my, byla obyčejná a odbytá klasika. Pokud sem jedete s vidinou gastronomického zážitku, doporučuji raději značně snížit očekávání.

Schönes Hotel mit fantastischem Weitblick, sehr gute Küche (soweit wir „testen“ konnten).
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, Balkon mit Blick auf das Hirschgehege. Frühstück sehr gut, auch das Nachtessen hat gepasst.

Cons:

Leider war das Restaurant am 2. und 3. Tag geschlossen, sodass wir die gute Küche nur am ersten Abend geniessen konnten
