Disappointing experience
Pros:

Very disappointing stay. The hotel did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The room was poorly maintained, and the overall experience was frustrating from check-in.
Customer service was also disappointing. Staff were not helpful.

Cons:

Even if I did not stay, and I was there like for only 1 hour, the owner asked for full payment.
I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly not go there again. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and improves both the facilities and customer service.

Pros:

Gateway Hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is truly worth the money!
