Übernachtung mit Frühstück zum ordentlichen Preis
Cons:

Obwohl es Restaurant heißt, ist es eigentlich mehr eine Mensa mit Pizza und Pasta. Das war's auch schon.

Cons:

Ein Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss war Mitte Mai besonders stickig und heiß. Die Vorhänge ließen viel Licht durch, sodass man sehr früh am Morgen aufwachte. Die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht ausreichend.

Gut & günstig!
Pros:

Wir haben zu dritt zwei Nächte in einem Superior Apartment mit Balkon gebucht und es nicht bereut. Das Zimmer war recht groß und bot alles, was man braucht: bequeme Betten plus eine bereits bezogene Schlafcouch hinter der Trennwand, reichlich Stauraum und Steckdosen, eine komplette kleine Küche und ein funktionelles Badezimmer. Die Schallisolierung nach draußen ist perfekt, nach drinnen ist sie gut. Der Balkon war toll, die Aussicht auf unserer Seite aber durchwachsen, da muß man wohl einfach Glück haben.
Das Badezimmer war deutlich intensiver geputzt als der Rest, der aber im großen und ganzen auch okay war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und gut.
Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV sowie mehrere Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte in der Nähe. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Cons:

Die Sonnenschutzjalousien führten ein seltsames Eigenleben und gingen nach Gutdünken einzeln immer mal wieder auf. Zum Glück gibt es zusätzlich ordentliche Vorhänge.
Von der Klimaanlage haben wir so gut wie nichts gemerkt, das war angesichts der Temperaturen die einzige echte Enttäuschung.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Und das Konzept, dass es ein Apartment das ist ganz gut gefallen. Wir haben nämlich am Viktualienmarkt eingekauft und konnten dann Sachen in den Kühlschrank legen.

Cons:

Ich fand diesen Frühstücksraum bisschen ungemütlich.

Für München ist die Unterkunft okay, wir würden wiederkommen!
Pros:

Es gab ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das Frühstück war wunderbar.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht optimal, längerer Weg zur Straßenbahn. Parken etwas teuer. Draußen gab es Schnaken, deshalb war das Lüften schwierig, dann war es etwas warm im Zimmer.
