It was separated from hotel reception and staff.
The hotel staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Everyone went out of their way to help us find our way around town. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything but not noisy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The only caution would be they do not have an elevator, they helped us with our luggage so that wasn't really a problem, but if you have any phsyical challenges you may struggle a bit climbing up to your room. They do have first floor rooms that can be requested. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean hotel in the middle of the old town

A beautiful property inside the walls of the old town. All the staff were attentive and caring, nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed the facilities on offer.
The music was a little repetitive.
Location, atmosphere, cleanliness, swimming pool, decoration and breakfast!
the size of a room and the bed with the mattress. If you are slightly bigger, get a deluxe room. Also the bed mattress is too squishy and looses form.
Music near the pool also could be chosen more adaptive.

It was in a great location and the bedroom was so comfortable to sleep in :) We really enjoy the space and appreciated alot the free shampoo and body lotion. Amazing mini bar too.
We would ve liked to be closer to the pool area and the main building. We could hear in the evening loud people around but overall it was okay. We expected also a bigger pool :( that was a bit disappointing

Het geluid van de nabijgelegen karaokebar, kamer 413, waar je niet kan slapen tot 2.00 uur. Het ontbijt is te duur voor wat je krijgt. Kamer zonder ontbijt en zat in de omgeving om lekker te ontbijten

Si booking le permettait nous aurions mis 9,5 pour plusieurs raisons :
Il faut savoir que le bâtiment est scindé en deux. Nous étions dans le second bâtiment à une bonne minute de marche et la où il n’y a pas la piscine ni le petit dej. Il faut juste le savoir car nous avons été surpris.
L’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne. Nous entendions les conversations dans le couloir
Le petit déjeuner a été le même exactement pendant les trois jours. C’est dommage.
The location was excellent, right in the heart of Antalya’s Old Town and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel because we were traveling on my husband’s birthday and asked whether they could leave a small cake in the room. They went far beyond our expectations, decorating the room with balloons and birthday decorations as well. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made his birthday extra special. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making that happen.
The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character. The room we booked was located in a separate historic building from the main hotel, which was a unique and interesting experience. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the restaurant offered an extensive menu. The pool was also a lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The room was well equipped and the toiletries provided were excellent, with everything you could possibly need.
We stayed in one of the street-level rooms with a private courtyard. While we enjoyed the room overall, it could benefit from better soundproofing. There was an air conditioning or HVAC unit located directly outside the room which created a constant humming noise. The street itself is very picturesque and popular with tourists, so people frequently stopped outside the windows and door to take photos. This didn’t personally bother us, but it is something future guests may want to be aware of if they are looking for a quieter stay.
