The location was great and quiet. It was essy to access most of the amenities around. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful and the general atmosphere was lovely.The room was always clean though their rooms are very small but very comfortable.

Cons:

Downside was the smell in the room which seemed like it may have been coming from the drainage/sewage system. Not so strong but it was noticeable and unpleasant. Would recommend resolving of this issue.

Am avut un concediu plăcut la Woxx hotel! Recomand!
Pros:

Personalul a fost excepțional!
În ceea ce privește curățenia, totul la superlativ. Camera era destul de micuță, dar suficient de mare cat să ai un sejur confortabil.
Micul dejun a fost suficient și foarte bun!
Patul a fost extrem de confortabil, aerul condiționat a funcționat perfect!
Este poziționat foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice.
Ne-am simțit foarte bine!

Cons:

Lipsa parcării aș putea-o considera ca un minus, dar domnul Hakan ne-a ajutat să găsim cea mai apropiată parcare pentru mașina (pentru asta chiar a trimis un băiat din staff cu noi).

Хорошое место как на неделю для туристов, отдохнули отлично!)
Pros:

Чистота, сан узел новый, странных запахов никаких не было. Душ чистый, в номере много розеток, маленький балкон, район в общем тихий. Близко трамвайная линия и метро. На завтрак еды хватало всем. Номер небольшой, но на 2 в целом было удобно. Кондиционер хорошо работал, соседей не слышали почти, в минибаре хранили свою воду спокойно)

Очень чисто и аккуратно. Персонал дружелюбный и заботливый. По расположению тоже удачно - метро и трамвай близко, нет больших перерадов высот как у моря.
Прекрасное отношение цена/качество за счет компактности - номера довольно небольшие. Но если не устраивать в номере вечеринки и званые обеды - вполне достаточно 🙂

Hotelul este amplasat intr-o zona foarte buna a orasului si usor de ajuns la obiectivele principale.
Camerele sunt curate, iar micul dejun este diversificat.
Tot personalul a fost foarte amabil si ne-au ajutat cu orice problema. Ii multumim in special domnului Kemal pentru ajutor si sfaturile legate de obiective si oras.

Cons:

Totul a fost perfect.

Exceptional stay and an amazing team!
Pros:

​I had a wonderful stay at Woxx Hotel. The location is perfect and the rooms are very clean. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality of the staff. I would like to give a special thanks to Büşra and Kemal from the kitchen team for their kindness and great service. They made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Am avut o experiență minunată la Woxx Hotel Istanbul. Totul a fost perfect pe durata șederii noastre. Personalul este extrem de amabil, prietenos și foarte ospitalier, mereu gata să ajute cu orice avem nevoie.

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun și variat, un început excelent pentru fiecare zi petrecută în Istanbul. Atmosfera din hotel este plăcută, iar echipa face tot posibilul pentru ca oaspeții să se simtă bineveniți.

Un gest pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult a fost faptul că ne-au permis să lăsăm bagajele la hotel până la plecarea spre aeroport, fără să plătim nimic în plus. Este un detaliu mic, dar care arată cât de mult le pasă de confortul oaspeților.

În concluzie, a fost o experiență minunată și recomand cu mare drag acest hotel. Cu siguranță ne-am întoarce aici! 😊

Pros:

В Стамбуле не так просто найти хороший небольшой отель в тихом и безопасном месте. Этот отель сочетает в себе все эти достоинства: небольшой, тихий, чистый. Они изменили ассортимент завтрака и теперь это полноценный качественный завтрак. Персонал отеля невероятно приветлив и радушен. Вам помогут и будут с вами вежливы. В моем случае, особенное спасибо - Кемалю им Абдулле.

Cons:

Ну... Раковина в номере всегда будет не очень хорошим элементом. В этот раз номер был не таким чистым, как в предыдущие два раза. Старайтесь получить номер в правой части здания (если ориентироваться на выход из лифта). Номера в левой части здания смотрят на неприглядные здания напротив. И номер с балконом оказался очень и очень маленьким. Примите во внимание. Хотя, это всё мелочи и достоинства отеля выше его недостатков.
