A super lovely hotel with real character, beautiful, fun, welcoming, close to the river close to grocery store restauran
Pros:

In particular, the vibe, the people everyone there is truly amazing. Some of the nicest most wonderful people I’ve run into in quite a while.

Pros:

The view from our room was amazing. All staff from the 1 breakfast we had to the housekeeping staff were absolutely outstanding. I visited the bar only 1 night but Pedro A was an amazing person to talk to. He mixed me an amazing cocktail, which was even better for the fact that I generally just drink beer. 5* and if there is another rock concert in Frankfurt next summer, I'm bringing the whole family, not just me and the wife. Make sure I have room 724😀😀.

Cons:

I didn't like that Lufthansa delayed my flight by a day. This meant that we lost a day at this wonderful hotel but still paid for it. This is not a negative comment on the hotel but just thought I'd write in the box.

Überbewertet
Pros:

Sehr große Komfortable Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank.
Auch eine Klimaanlage war im Zimmer diese war bei einem Außentemperatur von 35 Grad war diese auch nötig..

Cons:

Sehr großes Chaos beim einchecken.
Das Personal spricht leider nur ein bisschen Deutsch bzw. überhaupt kein Deutsch.
Dieses Konzept sollte Überdacht werden.
Wir sind auch wenn es Frankfurt ist immer noch in Deutschland.
Auch sind nicht alle der Englischen Sprache mächtig, so daß eine Dame sogar die Polizei rufen wollte.
Frühstück war in Ordnung aber auch nicht mehr.
Da bekommt man in manchen Pension besseres.
Haare in der Dusche. Siehe Foto.
Habe mich aber nicht beschwert.
