Truly a wonderful visit
Pros:

We thought the variety at breakfast was excellent, along with that at dinner. The staff were extremely helpful regarding my nut allergy and were always on hand to help me with this. The external pool and bar area was lovely with the most amazing views and a lovely choice of mellow music played around the wonderful infinity pool. We didn't have a swim up pool room but these looked really nice and when we return ( which we will ) I think we will treat ourselves to one of these. The rooms were lovely and always cleaned daily to a high standard. The value of this hotel was fantastic and we really liked the taxi button situated right outside, with taxis arriving in minutes after pressing this. It is worth taking the hotel bus to Sugar Beach and taking advantage of a day or two there, again a very chilled experience. Our whole stay here here was made top notch by the truly amazing staff, always super friendly and helpful and, whilst they really all were wonderful, we have to pick out Sinem on front desk and Samet in the restaurant. Truly outstanding and lovely people that we were sad to say goodbye to :-( Thank you to all for a fabulous four night stay x

Cons:

I don't believe that anything could actually be made better by the hotel aside from, as in the world over, trying to find some way to stop people reserving their sunbeds at 7am and then leaving them empty for a few hours. This is a minor critique that it would be lovely if someone could address ( everywhere! ) but it will not stop us returning!

The view and breakfast were quite satisfactory in terms of value for money. We would also like to thank Ms. Şükriye, who cleaned our room, and the young gentleman who kindly assisted us with arranging our massage at the spa.

Cons:

From the moment we arrived, unfortunately, we did not experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere we expected from a hotel of this standard.
When we approached the reception for check-in, we were informed that our room would be ready shortly. However, we had to wait approximately 105 minutes before we were finally able to check in. We had also requested an early check-in in advance, subject to availability, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response to our request.
During check-in, I asked about the payment and was informed that the POS terminal was not working. When I returned to the reception later, I was told that the payment had already been completed through Booking.com. At check-out, I was again assured that everything regarding the payment was settled. However, after leaving the property, I received several phone calls informing me that the payment had not been made.
This situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unfairly placed me in the position of having to prove that I had fulfilled my payment obligations. Unfortunately, all of the positive experiences we had at the property were overshadowed by this incident.
As someone who works in the hotel industry, I would like to provide some constructive feedback. In my opinion, the Front Office team needs significant improvement in terms of guest interaction and professionalism. There were several occasions when staff members did not even stand up or acknowledge guests with a simple greeting when they approached the reception desk.
For a hotel operating under the Wyndham brand, I believe the current level of Front Office service and staff engagement does not reflect the standards one would expect from such an international hotel group.
Overall, the property has a beautiful view and great potential. However, while the facilities and scenery are impressive, the level of service, particularly at the Front Office, was unfortunately below expectations.

if you want great holiday, don't think twice.

Great and friendly team, and an amazing location.

Cons:

The hotel has two buildings and the one below the pool feels a bit old, especially compared with the upper building by the swimming pool, which is very modern.

Swim up balcony and infantry pool - what’s not to love !
Pros:

For the area this was a bit of quiet luxury - the room was modern , large , comfy and with Perry wardrobe space , TV etc . We booked a swim
Up room and it was perfect ! Own balcony ,infinity pool to cool off in .

Cons:

Over all great - and we would come back . The one thing that doesn’t quite “fit” is the main bar . It’s branded Irish Bar which jars with the overall vibe . The cocktails are lovely and the seating etc is beret cool but Irish Bar is just weird in this setting.

Une très grande déception.
Cons:

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et avons malheureusement été très déçus. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle réservée sur Booking.com. Elle était mal agencée, avec très peu d'espace autour du lit et un balcon fermé, sans vue. Mon épouse utilise un appareil contre l'apnée du sommeil et il n'y avait même pas de place pour l'installer à côté du lit. Malgré plusieurs demandes, aucune véritable solution ne nous a été proposée. On nous a simplement déplacés dans une autre chambre présentant les mêmes défauts. La soi-disant chambre avec jacuzzi n'avait aucun intérêt : le jacuzzi était sale et le balcon, entouré d'un mur d'environ 1,30 m de haut, ne permettait même pas de profiter de la vue. Le plus choquant a été l'attitude d'une réceptionniste nommée Elif, qui s'est montrée très impolie et nous a parlé de manière irrespectueuse. Heureusement, une responsable, Mme Didem, est intervenue avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et a apaisé la situation. C'est la seule personne qui nous a réellement écoutés. Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels Ramada auparavant et nous avons toujours été satisfaits. Cette expérience ne reflète absolument pas les standards de la marque. Malheureusement, nous ne reviendrons pas.
