Pros:

The hotel is in a very nice location, the rooms are very luxurious and clean, the staff's attitude and behavior are very helpful, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Ömer for taking such good care of us and doing everything she could to make us comfortable.

بشكل عام كانت الإقامة جيدة جداً، بفضل الموقع المميز وحسن تعامل الموظفين، مع وجود مجال لتحسين مستوى النظافة والاهتمام بال

أعجبني موقع الفندق الممتاز، فهو قريب من شارع نيشانتاشي والعديد من المطاعم والمقاهي والصيدليات، مما جعل التنقل والوصول إلى مختلف الأماكن سهلاً ومريحاً. كما أن موظفي الاستقبال كانوا في غاية اللطف والتعاون، وكانوا دائماً مستعدين للمساعدة وتقديم الدعم عند الحاجة

أما الملاحظة الوحيدة التي واجهتنا خلال الإقامة فكانت مستوى النظافة. كانت الغرفة تُنظَّف يومياً، لكن التنظيف لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع من حيث الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، حيث كانت بعض الأوساخ أو بقايا الطعام الخفيفة على الطاولات والأسطح تبقى أحياناً بعد التنظيف، كما أن أغطية السرير والشراشف لم تكن تُجدَّد بالشكل الكافي خلال فترة الإقامة. وبالرغم من ذلك، كانت الإقامة بشكل عام جيدة بفضل الموقع المميز وتعامل الموظفين

Ich würde das Hotel nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch! Zudem waren die Zimmer immer sauber. Die Lage ist einfach Top!
