It was an authentic cave experience! Yahya, the owner, was very accommodating, friendly, and generous. Amira is very kind and served us an excellent breakfast early in the morning. Lidy and Odin, the pet dogs, were friendly too.
Add more hangers in the room.
I book for balcony and jacuzzi and was not working
I would like to know it before I pay or at least notify.

Расположение удобное. Завтраки готовит турчанка, ассортимент завтраков скудный, но она готовит омлет и лепешки. Но нет заварного кофе, только растворимый.
К сожалению, уже прибыв в Гёреме, увидели, что отели рядом, более уютные и комфортабельные, с большими общими зонами для отдыха, большими номерами, стоят в 1,5-2 раза дешевле. Мы не поняли за что мы заплатили 240 евро за 3 дня. Мальчики хозяева приветливые, ничего не могу сказать.
На картинках номер очень понравился, когда приехали увидели, что он очень маленький, все оборудование сломано, над унитазом раздолбанная дыра, унитаз течет, винтажный медный душ вываливается из стены, не работает, к смесителю приделан дешёвый пластиковый душ, без крепежа, батареи не включить, они текут, вся проводка в торчащими проводами, ящик для холодильника пустой, холодильника в номере нет. Одежду разложить некуда, в нише висело 2 вешалки, даже полок для одежды нет, даже не вытаскивали одежду из чемодана. Смотрела вокруг дворики, даже обидно, везде оборудованы зоны для гостей, есть, где посидеть, вне номера (учитывая его малюсенькие размеры, ходить можно только вокруг кровати)
Мы не очень капризные путешественники, но это был номер ЛЮКС по достаточно высокой цене! Если бы он стоил в 2 раза дешевле, тогда ок, но если заявлена такая цена, то обслуживание и окружение ожидаешь лучше.
Последнее, что мы не поняли: у нас был вылет в 10 утра, я спросила про ранний завтрак или ланч-бокс, но мне ответили, что не в часы завтрака, завтрак не предоставляется… Мы путешествуем много, но даже в очень скромных отелях, при раннем выезде оставляют на ресепшене ланч-бокс!

We were lucky to have booked the green tour with the owner, and the rate is reasonable when compared with other tour packages around the town
Free drinks and beverages at all times and spacious common rooftop areas with great panoramic views to enjoy hot air balloon and mingle with other guests
None, thanks to the owner for his great hospitality and kindness. We were sad to leave this beautiful place. Hope we get to return someday !

3. " SUITA" defapt nu e deloc suita, e pur si simplu o cameră și o baie. Pentru cei care au alte așteptari

El baño tenianun olor raro y no hay alguna barrera entre la regadera y el wc, lo que hacia que terminara todo mojado despues de unabducha., el tamaño de la habitación es pequeñita
The location is perfect - easy access to the main attractions and a pleasant stroll around the hotel. Breakfasts were nice, and the rooms are atmospheric and perfectly capture the Cappadocia vibe. The terrace is perfect too- at night it s a beautiful view and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful - they organized a hot air balloon ride for us and suggested other activities. Overall, the hotel left a very good impression!
