A wonderful short day in a very comfortable, affordable and well located hotel!
Pros:

The location was right in the heart of Kadıköy. It is so easy to get to many places and restaurants, and it was very walkable. The room I stayed in was amazing. It had two TVs, 2 air conditioners, a small love seat, and a balcony that you could see the Bosphorous in the distance. Room service was amazing. The food at the restaurant was much better than I expected. The staff was very kind and helpful and I was able to check in a little early when I needed to. I would definitely stay again!

Buen alojamiento en la parte asiática de Estambul
Pros:

El hotel está situado en una zona muy buena de la parte asiática de Estambul, cerca de zona de tiendas, mercado de Kadikoi y restaurantes. El ambiente es muy distinto al de los bazares de la zona más turística (europea). Nuestra reserva no incluía desayuno, pero hay justo detrás una cafetería/pastelería espectacular para desayunar. La habitación era una doble deluxe (para 3 personas) y el confort es máximo, con vistas a una calle peatonal tranquila.

Cons:

Contratamos con el hotel un transfer desde el aeropuerto. Cuando llegamos, la empresa nos dijo que había pasado algo con nuestro conductor y en vez de ponernos otro coche nos tuvieron más de 30 min al sol en un parking. Cuando nos quejamos en el hotel nos dijeron que no era su responsabilidad y que los viernes hay mucho tráfico. En este sentido poca flexibilidad por parte del personal del hotel (además empeñados en que este servicio se pagara en metálico).

The breakfast was nice, but the orange juice wasn’t included. It would be simpler to just include everything — even if that meant the room price being about 2€ higher — rather than asking guests to pay separately for it.

The best hotel in kadikoy asian side....right in the heart of everything....the boys at the front desk were great...always smiling and very polite and helped us in every way possible....the rooms were great clean amd comfortable...
The hotel has only 20 rooms so be sure to book it early.
They do not offer a buffet breakfast but it was great...they even delivered it to the room

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Berke and Mert, who went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Kadikoy
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar im Zentrum von Kadikoy. Der Bahnhof und die Fähranleger,sind fußläufig (10 Minuten) erreichbar. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Empfang durch Herrn Berke hat uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt:-).
Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber.
Noch ein Zusatz: Die hausgemachte Limonade ist ein Traum...
Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter, wir hatten einen tip top Urlaub. Danke nochmal an das Dugi Team!

La parte asiatica con tutti i confort
Pros:

Personale veramente gentile e preparato, struttura nuova e situata in un’ottima posizione a Kadikoy. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, ci hanno offerto un caffè nel bar della struttura. La camera è ben progettate e provvista di tutto. La colazione, pur essendo proposta identica per tutti, è veramente varia e abbondante con proposte salate tipicamente turche e piccoli vasetti di ottima marmellata per chi ama il dolce.

My first time in Istanbul was so pleasant and staying at the Dugi Hotel was a very good choice.. The location was better than I expected, close to the metro and ferry..lots of restaurants, shopping and breakfast was excellent,! Very helpful and professional staff.... definitely would stay here again...
