Во время резервации на Booking, я оплатил за 4х человек, а должен был за 6. Спасибо персоналу что во время прибития не изъяли дополнительную сумму и всех без проблем разместили по номерам.

Dieses Hotel ist für mich jedes Mal die richtige Entscheidung. Aus Vertrauen komme ich immer wieder hierher und wurde nie enttäuscht. Alles ist bestens organisiert, sauber und das gesamte Team macht einen tollen Job. Klare 5 Sterne!

Pros:

Готель з чудовим розташуванням і також я отримала номер з видом на залив було дуже гарно! Але рушники ніби синтетичні, воду не впитували зовсім. Дуже чутно шум з вулиці. І ще було дуже не приємно бачити на рецепції символіку країни що зараз напала і веде агресивну війну проти України! Матрьошки стояли як трофей а це не приємно для любого українця! Тож краще б ставили щось своє, Турецьке.

Pros:

Bellissimo ristorante a fianco dell'albergo sempre della stessa gestione. Fronte mare spettacolare in una zona esclusiva di Instambul... Prezzo molto buone. Responsabile alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha aiutato alle 6 di mattina ha sollecitare il transfer per l'aereoporto che era in ritardo....ha fatto più telefonate per risolvere il ritardo e così abbiamo potuto raggiungere l'aereoporto in tempo per il volo di ritorno....SUPER GRAZIE....!

Pros:

Habitaciones muy amplias, sobre todo la premium con unas vistas increíbles.
Restaurante del hotel con muy buena comida y típica de turquia.
El personal del hotel muy amable y respetuoso.
No pudimos disfrutar del desayuno en el propio hotel puesto que nuestro vuelo salia pronto pero la verdad que tenía muy buena pinta y abundante. Nos prepararon unos bocadillos y cafe para que nos llevasemos. Eso fue un gran detalle.
Sin duda repetiría sin pensarlo.

Отлично местоположение! Изключително отзивчив персонал, отдаден на задълженията си! Закуската е сбъдната мечта, надхвърляща изискванията и на най-претенциозните клиенти.

Cons:

Стаята и банята са прекалено малки. Обзавеждането и оборудването е започнало да се амортизира.
