Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, especially Mrs. Niveen at the reception. The rooms were very clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة Sera Lake Resort وإدارة Sera Lake Center على حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة طوال فترة إقامتنا.

كما أخص بالشكر الأخ محمود على تعاونه الكبير وتلبية طلبي بنقل الحجز إلى الفرع الآخر بكل احترافية واهتمام، مما ساهم في راحتنا واستمتاعنا بالإجازة.

وأشكر كذلك الأخت جنان على حسن التعامل والاهتمام بالنزلاء، والشكر موصول لجميع أفراد الإدارة والعاملين على ما قدموه من خدمة مميزة.

Clean and spacious room with good view
Pros:

Super clean, room is big compared of the standard rooms in hotels in Turkey.
Breakfast is having multi-options. There is place for the parking. Close to sea-side. Plenty of restaurants around. And shops . There is police station right beside it. Felt safe.😅
I really liked it

Cons:

A bit noisy when you open the balcony because it’s right on a main road. But there is good sound proof. It’s 20 mins away from Mydan and airport

الغرف نظيفه ووسيعه اخذنا غرفه من شرفه مطله على البحر تعتبر الشرفه صغيره لكن ممكن الجلوس والاستمتاع بالبحر وشرب القهوة ممدنا ليلتين
