Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul!

We were traveling as a family of five (two adults and three children). Before our trip, I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could stay together in their quadruple room. They kindly agreed and even provided an extra bed, which made our stay very comfortable.

The hotel has a perfect location, just a short walk from Galataport and within easy reach of many attractions. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well maintained.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, making every morning a great start to the day.

Thank you for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay, and on my next visit to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and the location is great.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic, with limited options, and being served in the basement wasn't ideal. There was a power outage for two days, and the staff were neither helpful nor accommodating. Since the elevator wasn't working, we had to carry our luggage to the fourth floor without any assistance. Despite the inconvenience, there was no apology or compensation. To top it off, the taxi arranged by the hotel tried to overcharge us even though we paid at the hotel reception.

Agradecemos de una forma muy especial a Ibrahin ,su gran profesionalidad y el trato que nos ofrecio en los días que nos alojamos.ayudandonos a solucionar un problema con nuestra tarjeta e ssim. Gracias a ello pudimos movernos fuera del hotel con garantías de poder contactar con nuestra familia. Y consultar detalles ,horarios ,etc de nuestra visita a las diferentes mezquitas q visitamos así como horarios y paradas de transporte.

Camera mare, spatioasa, curata.
Receptie 24h din 24h.
In apropiere de turnul Galata si de pietonala ce merge spre piata Taksim.
In apropiere de tramvai si 10 minute pe jos pana la podul Galata.

Cons:

Sa incepem cu micul dejun: Dezastru total! Se serveste la subsol, unde nu sunt geamuri si miroase intepator. Omleta plina de condimente ciudate, masline pline de condimente ciudate, oua fierte, mezeluri si cateva fructe. Aceleasi feluri zilnic. Pentru cat costa nu merita sub nici o forma.

Apa la dus abia curge, nu are presiune la etajul 3.

Locurile de parcare sunt pe trotuar in fata hotelului, daca prinzi!
In descriere ei spun ca e cu loc de parcare, dar dupa ce achizitionezi, de fapt nu e cu loc de parcare.
Ei"nu pot garanta" locurile de parcare.
Wi-Fi functioneaza foarte prost sau deloc.

Excellent Stay – Memorable Stay Thanks to Ibrahim ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The staff were all friendly and professional, but I would especially like to thank Ibrahim at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His excellent service made a real difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

A perfect stay in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

Our stay at Sabiha Sultan Hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Istanbul's main attractions while still being in a quiet area. The hotel is charming & clean. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful, allowing us to sleep well every night.

The staff was kind & helpful, despite the language barrier.

Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Большие комнаиый. Чисто. Радом с портом. Мы перед круизом были на 2ночи. Уехали и через несколько дней написали что забыли куртку (а мы дазе не заметили ето)
После круиза зашли и вернули.
