Nothing at all
The hotel looks good, and the rooms are clean and the way they shown on the photos. Unfortunately, the service was far below expectations.
On arrival, we were asked to pay for our stay even though it had already been prepaid. After they apologized, the same thing happened again the next morning at breakfast.
No one told us that fresh omelets could be ordered. I only found out on our second breakfast after seeing Turkish guests being served them. When I asked, the chef offered to make one, but the receptionist immediately pointed out that toast would cost extra.
Simple requests, like an iron or scissors, took about an hour to arrive.
I asked for a glass of Prosecco but was told they only sold bottles. They brought a warm bottle of Bottega with fruit and nuts I hadn’t ordered and charged 7,500 TRY. They also insisted on immediate payment while their card terminal wasn’t working properly.
The spa was supposed to be private, and I had already said we weren’t interested in massages. Nevertheless, while we were naked in the sauna, a staff member walked in to offer us a massage. The sauna itself wasn’t working properly, and the entire spa smelled strongly of sewage.
Finally, when I asked if they had a tampon, I was handed a piece of cotton wool.
The hotel has potential, but the service, communication, and respect for guests’ privacy fell far below what I would expect from a hotel at this price level. And the major blocker was English as they were not able to understand us.

Die Beleuchtung des Zimmers ist modern gesteuert (Touch), aber wegen des Bewegungsmelders ging immer mal wieder automatisch das Licht an und für lichtempfindliche Gäste kann es in der Nacht zu hell sein im Zimmer.
Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit
Die Wände und Türen sind sehr hellhörig.
Ich hatte ein Balkon. Im Balkon war die Beleuchtung für die Fassade des Hotels. Was mich sehr gestört hat. Da es taghell war im Zimmer trotz Vorhang. Rezeption sagte gibt es nichts zu machen. Zimmer und Bad hätte ich mir sauberer vorgestellt. Vereinzelt Haare gesehen ohne danach zu suchen.
