Pros:

とても清潔で、設備も十分。
スリッパが用意されているのが嬉しい。
バルコニーがある。
スタッフはとても親切で、チェックイン時には荷物を部屋まで運んでくれたし、チェックアウトの時には、私たちの壊れたキャリーケースを処分してくれた。
朝食会場はガラス張りで日を浴びることができる。客の数も多過ぎず、快適に利用できる。
部屋のカーテンは、自動で開閉でき、私たちが部屋に入ると勝手にカーテンが開いて日光が入る仕組み！

Cons:

中心地から少し遠い。
アンカラの中心地まではバスで20分くらいかかる。
また、バス停がある場所が、かなり急な坂道なので、荷物が多い人は大変かもしれない。
しかし、ホテルのすぐ近くにバス停があるので、小さい子供連れのファミリーやご高齢の観光客でなければ、特に問題はないだろう。
朝食の種類が少ないように感じた。朝食会場がそんなに広くないので仕方ないのかもしれない。

Buona sistemazione ma accoglienza clienti da migliorare
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, praticamente nuova, nonostante le foto siano più belle che la realtà.
La spa è ottima, finalmente sauna e bagno turco a temperatura corretta! L’utilizzo è gratuito!
La colazione era anche molto buona, con tanta varietà e ottimo qualità!

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 3 persone. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che la nostra camera non prevedeva la possibilità di avere un terzo letto e che la terza persona avrebbe dovuto dormire sul divano (non divano-letto!). Ovviamente non abbiamo accettato…dopo molte lamentele, la persona alla reception ha chiamato il manager e hanno risolto aggiungendo un letto supplementare nelle nostra camera. Problema risolto alla fine, ma abbiamo perso mezz’ora per ottenere qualcosa di scontato a mio parere. Non mi aspetto questo trattamento in un 4 stelle!
Posizione carina, nonostante non sia in pieno centro. Comodo comunque raggiungere il centro con un taxi a poco prezzo.

Pros:

Modern szálloda. A takarítók kedvesek, a recepciósok kevésbé!

Cons:

Nagyon messze van a Belvárostól. Utolsó reggel szerettünk volna elviteles, hideg reggelit kérni, de ezt nem tudták megoldani 30 percel a reggeliztetes megkezdése előtt.

Pros:

Locatie was prima. Housekeeping was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Weinig informatie gekregen bij inchecken over bijv. Wifi wachtwoord en faciliteiten. Er was geen strijkijzer beschikbaar. Soms werd er geen contact gemaakt, zoals goedemorgen etc. Bij uitchecken werd niet echt doorgevraagd hoe het verblijf werd ervaren.

Eine sehr gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Ankara. Wer ein sauberes, stilvolles Hotel mit exzellentem Service und tollem Wellnessbereich sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
