Pros:

Les chambres sont moderne et nous remercions le commis vacataires Furkan qui travaille à l’hôtel est un super garçon qui travaille impeccablement quand d’autres tourne les pousses, bravo à lui et à Ferhat le jeune garçon ainsi que la femme de ménage.
Belle hôtel mais mal géré malheureusement veuillez y remédier à cela merci.

Cons:

La cuisine, les repas jamais étiqueté on dirait qu’il font des plats avec des restes puisque un plats terminé n’était pas remplacé dans certains hôtel la liste du menu est transcrit dans les ascenseurs pour que les clients sachent ce qu’il y a à manger, et un autre point faible le responsable du soir de la salle du restaurant un monsieur avec des lunettes quand il parle entre eux avec un monsieur qui portait un uniforme noir ils parlaient en insultant en disant a.q. et vulgairement entre eux que je trouve nul et non professionnel avec un manque de respect et leur
mise en place est en désordre et le manque d’hygiène de celle-ci.

Le personnel à la réception est incompétente quand nous avions signalé que le coffre était en panne jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour personne n’est passé pour réparer.

I wand to say thank you to Ahmed for providing milk for my little one when I didn’t find milk all around the hotel store

Cons:

The owner is not looking after his workers you feel they are too busy they don’t have time to breath that is why you it is very hard to see them laughing.

Lovely stay, excellent value for money
Pros:

The property was lovely, very clean. Rooms were spacious with housekeeping daily and a beach bar

Cons:

There isn’t anything we disliked. All I would say it is not a British Hotel so not geared up for our kind of breakfast. Not a problem for us but some maybe.

Kommer inte att återvända!
Pros:

Vattenrutschkanorna var det bästa för barnen.

Cons:

Personalen var inte trevliga på det stora hela och de verkade inte trivas på jobbet.
Var slut med smör till frukost och fanns inte vitt vin till maten. Var inte en barnanpassad all inclusive till varken frukost, lunch eller middag och vi vuxna ansåg inte att det var god eller varierad mat.

Palvelu huonoa. Ruoka loppu kesken. Ruokailuun mentäessä ruuat loppu, salaatti astiat tyhjät. Kertakäyttö astiat, pöydissä edellisen ruokailijoiden likaiset astiat ei kerätty pois. Palvelu huonoa.
