On the whole a very positive experience
Pros:

Friendly staff.Our room was top notch was on the 6th floor -double room with balcony.Loved the balcony the extra space and the view from the 6th floor.
Food selection for breakfast,lunch and dinner was generally speaking very good. Unlimited drinks was another positive.Enjoyed a lot of EFES.We visited the spa area and utilised some of their paid for services:Turkish Hamman,body scrub,body massage and face mask for 90 minutes -74 Euros each.Me and my wife really enjoyed these treatments.

Cons:

The luggage service after check out was poor in my opinion.This is a 5 Star hotel so should be an ultra secure service.We were allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage room after check out,but it is not a ticketed system.You leave and pick up the luggage yourself.This means you run the risk of your luggage being stolen.
Cocktails at the hotel were generally a disappointment with inferior quality spirits being used.Location is not the best -a million miles away from Antalya Airport and with only the Sidde Old Town/beach within relatively easy walking distance(30 mins walk).

Pros:

Szuper szálloda, bármikor visszajönnénk. A személyzet kedvessége, figyelmessége, a tisztaság példaértékű. Az ételek minősége, változatossága, sokfélesége kiemelkedő, tulajdonképpen nincs olyan perc, amikor nem lehet enni és inni valamit. A tengerparti rész is csodálatos, homokos a partszakasz és a tenger,, de a vizbelépésnél kb. fél méteres nagyon apró kavics található, kényelmes napágyak vannak, 5 percenként jár egy kisbusz oda-vissza, a sofőr közvetlensége pedig lenyűgöző. Modern, ízlésesen berendezett szobák, gyönyörű közösségi terek vannak.

Luxus Gefühl bei sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend (merkt immer wenn die Drinks leer sind, steht für Fragen zur Verfügung). Der Service und auch die Küche ließen wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt war das Hotel und die Anlagen am Pool und Strand sehr sauber und modern. Auch außerhalb der Mahlzeiten gab es genügend Möglichkeiten, einen Snack zu erhalten.

Cons:

Für unseren Geschmack waren die Kopfkissen etwas zu fluffig und die Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Wir hatten jedoch ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, denn vom Programm sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts haben wir so gut wie nichts mitbekommen.

Einige der Mitarbeiter signalisieren deutlich, dass sie für ihre gute Arbeit auch ein Trinkgeld erwarten und sind nicht mehr ganz so freundlich, wenn das Geld nicht gestimmt hat.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollen Swim Up Zimmer

Pros:

Clean, great availability of food during the day. The beach was nice and the staff there was super helpful. Overall good hotel.

Cons:

The garden space could be used better for another pool maybe, food variety is not that great and some foods are underspiced. Some staff can be rude, but most of them are helpful and nice.

Pros:

It was a great experience overall! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was great, and the beach was very close, with a shuttle provided by the resort. There was always a good variety of food available, and the drinks were decent. They also had fun activities around the pool every day, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only unpleasant moment was with one of the men who stayed near the reception—the same person who showed me my room when I arrived. I didn’t have any cash on me at the time to tip him, and afterward, he slammed the door in my face, which I found very rude and unpleasant.
