Загальне враження залишилось позитивним, навіть попри наявність мурах в номері і двох хамовитих співробітників, які дуже
Cons:

Ми були не приємно вражені наявністю мурах в номері. 2 дні з 6 було їх дуже багато. Дякую персоналу, що намагались вирішити це питання і мурах стало менше. Але їх не вдалось вивести повністю і тому було не дуже приємно знаходитись в номері (особливо спати і відчувати, що по тобі лазять мурахи)

Ich hatte das Gefühl, das ich nicht in der Türkei bin sondern in einem anderen Land zu sein. Überall lief ausländische Musik, und es gab ausländische Spiele. Außerdem waren dort sehr viele Jugendliche, die sich wie eine Gruppe verhalten haben, und sie waren ziemlich laut. Abends Show“s waren auch seher langweilig

Pent, å nytt bygg

Cons:

Dårlig service fra visse ansatte. Viktig å påpeke at mange var ekstremt hyggelig å service innstilt. Men noen var helt u interessert i å bidra til en hyggelig opplevelse.

L’hôtel était très propre, les chambres très spacieuses, la nourriture était bonne, la plage est facilement accessible, la nourriture à la plage était très bonne aussi, personnel à l’écoute

Die Zimmer und das Hotel waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das essen hat geschmeckt mit sehr viel auswahl. Werde gerne nochmal wieder kommen und empfehle das Hotel auch anderen Urlaubern.

Pros:

Very comfortable beds! The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. The dinner is better than lunch every day, with a nice variety of food.

Cons:

Our bidet in the room was broken.

The reception staff were quite cold towards us. On the other hand, the bartenders were very friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

Nagyon szuper ételkínalat, a programok nagyon jók, és nagyon új a szálloda, így nagyon jó állapotban van. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

Cons:

Az italok minősége nem a legjobb, illetve egy picit zsúfolt a medence környéke, jól jönne a medence részleg bővítése, több napágy.

Luxurious peaceful stay.
Pros:

The property was immaculately designed and presented to high standards. Rooms were cleaned everyday. By far the best all inclusive flood we’ve ever had! The kitchen staff work tirelessly to provide absolutely gorgeous food and it didn’t feel like the usual array of all inclusive random dishes. The desserts were out of this world and must have taken forever to create. Even the beach food was delicious! The shuttle ride to the beach was regular and the bus driver was so polite.

Cons:

There are signs everywhere about not reserving sun-beds but my Daugher and I could not get a sunbed on two different days. There was an altercation with a vile man and his wife who shouted and bullied us until we left because I’d had the audacity to move another sunbed in the space so my daughter could sit there. I attempted to stick up for myself and mentioned the not reserving sunbeds rule and complained to two waiters, an animator and the hotel manager at reception who did come down to discuss the matter, but his solution was to move our beds because ‘some people are just rude’ whilst also saying ‘reserving sunbeds are not permitted’. The holiday makers reason for his behaviour: shouting, bullying, putting the brolly up, mocking me, and general rage baiting was that ‘we’ve sat here all week’ and ‘had been out at 8pm to put his towels on’ - the time of the allocation was 12:30pm when his family finally came to sit down. So - this was a big issue, the beach isn’t walkable and it meant we went back to the room, and I was wary about sitting anywhere because ALL sunbeds were reserved with no people before 8:30pm, and no-one had helped us even though I was a single woman with my 18 year old daughter.
