Номера чистые, отель новый. Завтрак средний, не супер широкий выбор. В ресторане по меню выбор небольшой. Но еда нормальная.

Cons:

Мы с подругой пошли в бассейн, в котором подросток без присмотра сморкался в воду. Вся вода была в соплях. Когда мы обратились на ресепшн спа зоны, нам сказали что ребенок особенный. Это вызывает еще больше вопросов, почему особенный ребенок был без присмотра. После того, как я выясняла отношения с персоналом 2 дня, мне предложили 1 массаж, хотя нас было двое. На мое недоумение менеджер очень по хамски сказал мне, что это не их проблема и мне просто дарят подарок 1 массаж, и я должна сказать спасибо. Отдых был испорчен.

Pros:

Staff is pleasent and helpful.

Cons:

1- Shower design in most rooms is faulty and the shower water runs all through the batroom to the drainage in the other side of the bathroom.
2- house keeping inconsistency in suplying complementary tea, cofee, suger and creamers.
They dont't replace what is used.

لا شي اعجبني لاسعرا ولا خدمه ولا وقت افطار

يلوفا منطقه سياحيه ولكن موعد الافطار الى الساعه 10 لذالك هذا خط والمفروض الى الساعه 11
ولم اجرب الافطار عندهم . ولكن جربت بورقر من الروم سرفس وكانت سئه ولايوجد خيارات بالمطعم والموظف لايتكلم انجليزي مع العلم ان سعر الفندق مرتفع وللاسف تجربه سيئه مقارنه بالسعر والخدمه

Номер был чистым и уютным. Завтрак хороший. Обслуживающий персонал во время завтрака очень вежливые и хорошо делают свою работу. На ресепшене девочки очень хорошие.

Cons:

Локация ооооочень прям плохая. В каком то тупике находится далеко и от центра и от термала и от всего. Выбирайте только если собираетесь полностью в отеле время провести (у них сауна, бассейн, хаммам, и массаж). А так строго не советую ((((
И когда заказывали такси из отеля вечером, счетчик включают от туда от куда едут в отель. И мы платили двойную, может даже тройную за что не хотелось платить. Но и вариантов других не было ни одного.
