Everything the staff were very helpful and accomodating, the location which is within walking distance to fiskhane and its plethora of restaurants, kids area, swimming pool, cleanliness of rooms and the amazing breakfast buffet

Отдых прошел хорошо, вероятность заново заселиться там большая.
Pros:

Премиум класса запах в лобби и в целом по всей гостинице. Чистота, без контактные двери и дозаторы в общем туалете. Заинтересованность персонала к своей работе, вежливость, доброжелательность.

Cons:

Не оправдание цены на импортный алкоголь.
Два бокала Мартини брют за 2800 лира, думаю наценка высокая очень.

تعامل الفندق سئمه الزبائن وخصوصاً موظفو الاستقبال تم اعطائي غرفه مطله جزئياً على البحر مع العلم ان حجزي كان إطلاله كامل وعدم استقبال الضيوف مع العلم ان حجزي لشخصين مما اضطرني لفتح غرفه جديده مع العلم ان حجزي لشخصين كذلك خدمة طعام الغرف غير محترمين ابداً حيث تم إغلاق الخط في وجهي وتكرر ذالك اكثر مرتين بصراحه أسلوب جداً منرفز كذالك السرير غير مريح

Good value for a 5-star hotel with beautiful views and solid facilities
Pros:

• Beautiful sea view.
• Great location next to a park in a quiet area.
• Spacious shower.
• Slippers and a good selection of toiletries were provided.
• The restaurant is open until 11 p.m. and the bar until 2 a.m.
• The pool is small but comfortable, and the sauna is very good.
• Complimentary bottled water was provided with every room cleaning.
• Large, comfortable bed.
• Dedicated workspace in the room.
• Smart privacy glass between the bedroom and bathroom was a great feature.
• Good value for money.
• Our housekeeper was very friendly, cleaned the room quickly, and even brought us an extra set of bathrobes.

Cons:

• The bathroom door handle was very uncomfortable and could easily damage your nails.
• Bathrobes were not in the room at check-in, even though the hotel has a complimentary pool. They had to be requested at reception.
• Wi-Fi had to be reconnected and confirmed every day.
• The luggage storage process was slow and inconvenient because it was handled by a separate staff member instead of the reception desk.
• Every entrance to the hotel required passing through a security check with metal detectors.
• The hotel frequently called to offer additional paid services.
• The pool lockers were supposed to contain towels, but many were empty, so we had to search for one.
• The housekeeping system was confusing. It wasn’t clear which sign to use, whether the cleaning button worked, or how to request fresh towels and bed linen. We eventually had to ask the housekeeper in person to clean the room.
• The room did not have a capsule coffee machine.
• The bed linen was not very comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Istanbul, and I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations.

The hotel itself is elegant, modern, and beautifully designed. The colors and interior décor create a warm, luxurious, and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. Every corner of the hotel reflects attention to detail, cleanliness, and high-quality standards.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore Istanbul.

What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. Every member of the reception team was welcoming, professional, friendly, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression.

I would especially like to thank the receptionist who checked me in. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and courteous. She handled the entire check-in process smoothly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She truly represents the high standards of hospitality that Mövenpick is known for.

A special thank you also goes to Furkan and Ali for their kindness, friendliness, and exceptional service. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their dedication and hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
