Amazing location at the Bosporus and stunning building. Super clean and beautiful interior. The gym deserves an 11 out of 10!
The rates are a bit on the high side.
Leyla and Faith was so helpful thank you so much for all
We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Tersane! We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire staff for making our family stay so comfortable. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and always ready to help. We are so grateful for Leila for kind assistance! We felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We left with the warmest memories and would be very happy to return. Thank you to the entire Rixos Tersane team for your wonderful hospitality ❤️
موقع الفندق مميز و الاستقبال ممتاز و التعامل راقي و الغرف نظيفة و أيضًا تنظيفها اول بأول.
Thank you to Salma sh’es so kind Salma she helped us a lot
The hotel has a beautiful location and impressive overall facilities. What I appreciated most was the responsiveness of the management when I raised my concerns. Special thanks to Ms. Kübra, Deputy Manager, who was very pleasant, professional and accommodating, and to Mr. Fatih, Restaurant Manager, for his attention and efforts. Zanel at breakfast also provided excellent and friendly service. Their attitude made a significant difference to my overall experience.
During the first part of my stay, I had some concerns regarding the breakfast service, housekeeping and room amenities. The service at breakfast was inconsistent, and my room was missing hand towels for several days. There was also one day when my room was not cleaned despite the Do Not Disturb sign being off
Excellent location and view, clean and organized.
