The location is lovely and super new with cafes and mall in walking distance. The service was exceptional. A special thank you to Pelin, Mohammed, and Talha for their kindness and professionalism. We'd also like to thank the gentleman at check-in who generously upgraded our room. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but I believe it was Halim. His warm welcome made a great first impression and was very much appreciated.
The hotel has many families and children and there was some construction noise at times.
This is our 8 time that we are staying at the rixos! All the time the crew was perfect specially miss pelin🙏
But unfortunately this time when we did the check out the guy at the reception was very rude and he decided that we needed to pay for the minibar something like 90€ and I explained to him that we paid it a day before!! But he refused to believe what I said and he charged me for 90€ again!!!!!!!
So for us the story with the rixos is finished…. There’s no shortage in hotels in Istanbul
Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel, service, and overall experience were exceptional.
A very special recognition goes to Pelin from the Guest Relations team, who genuinely added a whole new dimension to my stay. Before my arrival, she sent me a message welcoming me and anticipating my arrival. At first, I assumed it was simply a standard pre-arrival message, but I quickly realized that the level of service was far beyond that.
Pelin personally greeted me at the reception upon arrival, assisted with all my inquiries, and remained available throughout my stay via WhatsApp whenever I needed anything. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine attention made the entire experience seamless and highly personalized.
It was an amazing stay that exceeded my expectations, and Pelin’s outstanding hospitality made it particularly memorable. She is truly an asset to the hotel.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again.
