Superb hotel
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels in which I stayed. The room was super comfortable and spacious. I would like to highlight the soundproofing of the room which is excellent. The window could be opened (noisy street) but once I closed it, it was fully quiet which means that the sound insulation works perfectly. In the room I could find all equipment needed for a superb stay. The staff is nice, the breakfast was rich. The hotel is located at the bottom of a long pedestrian street in the centre of Munich.

Genuine luxury
Pros:

This really is a luxury place. Cheerful , plentiful and helpful staff. Large immaculate rooms with every comfort laid on. Panoramic dining rooms and bars. Central location. Superb breakfast as you would expect.

Disappointing stay!
Pros:

This is a completely rebuilt hotel retaining the old name. I have stayed at the old hotel many times since 1991. It was a little run down at my last visit in 2018. Now it is very modern.
The reception staff were good. We were upgraded to a splendid room with a very broad view of the city. The room was impressive with a very good bathroom. The bed was large and very comfortable. The available TV channels of English and French origin is poor for such a hotel.
The restaurant Greta Oto in the hotel is outstanding.

Cons:

Problems started with breakfast in the room. Requests for coffee and hot milk kept warm in insulated flasks, fruit, fruit juice and pastries took 4 days to get right with all sorts of surprising combinations of food, drink and timing of delivery. Forty-five minutes late on the third day making me late for a very important meeting.
Incomplete cleaning of the room and total lack of clean sheets on the third day were additional problems.
For enduring all this I received cancellation of the breakfast delivery fee on all days and a further token of 50 Euros. This was minimal redress for the incompetence of all staff except those at reception. it appears that the staff has no effective training.

Central location, modern beautiful hotel with a great gym, friendly staff & fantastic breakfast. Champagne offered on arrival - so much to love 😍

Cons:

Nothing - we loved it! We were on holidays & staff were helpful recommending places to go & directions how to get there.

Wir waren sehr glücklich in Ihrem Haus, zumal wir nicht auf den SPA angewiesen waren (super Wetter)
Pros:

Extrem nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, und zwar das gesamte Team! Qualitativ hervorragendes Frühstück. Tolle Bar (9. Stock). Tolle Lage. Tolles Zimmer mit grosszügigem Bad.

Cons:

Wir schätzen es nicht, wenn der SPA nicht einfach ohne Reservation gebraucht werden kann. Im Hoten brauchen wir keinen privaten SPA, möchen aber einen unabhängig und auch spontan benutzen können.

Zelo zadovoljen
Pros:

Hotel je moderen in praktično nov, star približno dve leti, ter se nahaja v samem centru Münchna, kar je velika prednost. Takoj ob izhodu iz hotela je metro, kar omogoča zelo enostavno mobilnost po mestu. Osebje je zelo ustrežljivo in prijazno, čistoča hotela pa je na visokem nivoju. Z bivanjem sem bil na splošno zelo zadovoljen.
Zajtrk v 9. nadstropju je vrhunski, z zelo bogato samopostrežno ponudbo, poleg tega pa je mogoče naročiti tudi jedi po naročilu (à la carte), praktično vse, kar si zaželiš.

Cons:

Za moj okus je bila postelja nekoliko premehka, enako tudi vzglavnik, vendar gre tukaj za osebno preferenco. Bazen in spa, ki se nahajata v 8. nadstropju, sta res izjemna in ponujata vrhunsko izkušnjo, vendar sta plačljiva (200 € na uro). Zaradi tega hotel ni najbolj primeren za družine z majhnimi otroki, saj jim ni omogočeno prosto koriščenje bazena, je pa zato odlična izbira za romantičen oddih v dvoje.
