Great hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with first class service, we had a great time. Very comfortable and spacious room. A lot of nice decoration details to glance at everywhere - I really loved the design. One of the most comfortable bathrooms I have ever seen in hotels - there is even a rack to put used damp towels on!

Cons:

Small but annoying detail: trash bins with no bin bag and ONE single sanitary bag in the bathroom. That poor single bag was packed in a fancy cardboard box that with gold lettering saying "sanitary bag", stored inside another box. That feels just too pretentious and honestly ridiculous, I get that some everyday life things are not that fancy-looking, but I would really prefer a trash bin in the bathroom to be easier to use.

The restaurant’s Royal Benedict breakfast was a genuine highlight of the stay, well prepared and a great way to start the day.

Cons:

Questionable room layout and squeaky floors made it difficult to relax during a layover stay. While the property is undeniably luxurious in appearance and ambition, the overall experience fell short of what would typically be expected from a truly refined luxury standard.

Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were large. The price on booking.com was very reasonable.

Cons:

- The staff were too pushy and hard to have a genuine interaction with.
- the spa area was quite small compared to similar properties.

Everything. The staff goes out of the way to make you conformable and happy. Food is great.
The room is gorgeous. The shower is perfect. The location perfect.

Bad choice of soap and shampoo. The smell is horrible.
