جميلة جدا
Pros:

الفندق نظيف والغرفة واسعة والشرفة جميلة جدا تطل على المدينة
موظفة الاستقبال دعيتلها والله بالرزق والعافية لان انسانة جدا طيبة في يوم مغادرتي نصحتني بطريقة مغادة اني اعرفها لكن ماكانت على بالي وسهلت علي واختصرتلي طريق طريل واني جدا اقدر الناس الي يتمنون الخير لغيرهم
وبالاضافة لهذا فالفندق موقعة جدا جميل حرفيا خطوات على نيشان تاشي ومحاط بمحلات متنوعة والمترو يعتبر نوعا ما قريب لكن يحتاج مشي
عيبه واحد فقط انو المصعد صغير وما يعتبر فدشي مهم صراحة

Das Hotel ist ein absoluter Scam

Gute Aussicht, gute Anbindung an Cafés, nette Dame an der Rezeption

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel nach einer Nacht verlassen weil das Bad nach Abfluss gestunken hat und die Klimaanlage der Nachbarn so laut war, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Das Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Fotos beschrieben sondern sehr heruntergekommen- Leisten haben sich abgelöst, Lampen nicht richtig angebracht, toilettenpapierhalter locker. Es war nicht sauber- Haare an den Wänden. Als ich mich beschwert habe, konnte mir keine Alternative angeboten werden und ich habe keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Skandal.

я очень рада, и однозначно вернусь
Pros:

Заботливый персонал, очень хорошая скорость интернета, безопасно и тихо, чисто и уютна, рядом магазин с очень хорошими ценами и метро в 5 минутах, все необходимое рядом. супер впечатление, объективно, это очень хороший отель

Отличное место с душой. Главное достоинство — люди, которые здесь работают и локация.
Pros:

Останавливался здесь и остался под большим впечатлением — прежде всего от людей.
Хозяин и весь персонал невероятно отзывчивые, приветливые и внимательные. Чувствуется, что они искренне ценят каждого гостя — не формально, а по-настоящему. Всегда с улыбкой, всегда готовы помочь. При выезде хозяин лично помог спустить чемоданы до дороги — казалось бы, мелочь, но именно такие моменты запоминаются надолго. После такого отношения хочется возвращаться снова и снова.
Локация — отдельный плюс. Район очень удобный: рядом продуктовые магазины, множество кафе, ресторанов и кофеен на любой вкус и бюджет, мечеть в шаговой доступности. Остановки общественного транспорта прямо у дома, а до станции метро Османбей всего 8–10 минут пешком — добраться до любой точки города не составляет труда. Качество соответствует цене.
Рекомендую от всей души. Это то место, куда хочется вернуться.

Cons:

Единственный момент, который стоит отметить — в первый раз немного сложно найти вход в гостиницу. Не хватает заметных указателей снаружи. Потратил чуть больше времени, чем хотелось бы, пока сориентировался на месте. Уверен, что хозяин обратит на это внимание и решит вопрос — судя по его отношению к гостям, мелочей для него не существует. В остальном это никак не повлияло на качество проживания и общее впечатление от отеля.

Прекрасное расположение, все рядом. Шикарный вид и номер. Персонал очень приветливый, все было на высшем уровне. Теперь с Стамбуле будем останавливаться только здесь!

I think the booking stated a microwave in the room but there wasn’t one. This didn’t really matter to me personally.

Great location and comfortable overall, but noticeable moisture damage affected the stay.
Pros:

Great location, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very kind and always ready to help, even though English was limited. The bed was excellent - very high, spacious, and comfortable - and I slept really well (beautiful sunrise view from the window!). Overall, the room felt cozy and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my room showed noticeable moisture damage on the wall next to the window (bubbling plaster and damp patches), which affected the overall comfort of the stay and triggered my allergies. I reported it during my stay, but unfortunately a room change wasn’t available.
