Everything…I had booked a much more expensive hotel initially at the station and then backed out at the last minute and booked three rooms here for my stay with teenage kids. Rooms are tiny but a very fun experience for the family. Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly, not stuffy and were helpful. Location was great…close walk to train station…lots of restaurants nearby. Very business feel in the neighborhood. Very clean and not a any junky souvenior shops etc. not a busy area. Train station is nice to mill about and has nice restaurants…nothing like US trash heap train stations. :). Kids walked all over on their own and we Ubered to other areas that we were sight seeing i.

Cons:

I hate the phone booth size indoor smoking areas but I understand it the law there. Just wish Japan didnt treat smokers like literal dogs in a cage.

Adored the location of Lyf Ginza, the staff were so helpful, loved the quirky decor and the room although quite small was perfect for what we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the free amenities were a lovely touch.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer perfekt für 1 Person, jedoch zu zweit zu klein hätte ich gesagt. Ansonsten wirklich alles gut.

Clean and good vibes! The staff is so helpful and friendly. There is a common kitchen, laundry area, and gym. Metrostation super close too. So perfect for a city stay especially for shopping in Ginza!
