Super friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Would stay there again and highly recommend!
Pros:

Fresh, new vibe. Super clean, bright, and vibrant with some nice amenities like a communal kitchen. Nice café and restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

Rooms were a little small but probably above average for Tokyo, and perfectly acceptable.

Pros:

I love everything about this hotel. The location is excellent, bed was comfy, room size was sufficient for one person and it had good amount of amenities.

Cons:

This is not something i didn't like, it is more like I am surprised becuse i learnt that the hotel has 3 days rule and they need to inspect your room in every 3 days at latest. I normally put dnd warning to have bit of privacy and i got letter that i had dnd status for 3 days so next day they need to inspect cleanliness of the room and if it is not clean they will clean it even though i don't request. I mean it was not an issue but like i said I was quite surprised

Excellent location and great place to stay!
Pros:

Location was perfect for easy access to train stations including Tokyo Station and the Ginza line. Within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and the seven eleven just around the corner was an added bonus! Staff all super friendly and spoke some English. Laundry facilities were handy and we did a load of washing for 600¥. Breakfast was basic but enough to kick start us in the morning and as this was our first Japan stop, it was nice to not have to worry about finding breakfast.

Cons:

Tiny rooms but we did expect that being Tokyo. Despite this, the room was well configured and it was especially good that the hand basin was outside the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, safe, modern stay in a great location
Pros:

clean, great location right by the metro Ginza line train station, friendly staff and good value for your money. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cons:

The rooms are abit small but this is to be expected in Tokyo

A Short Walk and Great Location
Pros:

The Lyf Ginza is in a perfect location after a long flight and train journey to Tokyo Maranouchi Station, it is a very short walk from the Yaseu central exit to the hotel.

Cons:

The room was small, but hey this is Tokyo and if you want or need more space, it costs more.
