Absolutely shocking- DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

They gave me fresh fruit on the first two mornings & there is a large food court within walking distance.

Cons:

I cannot for the life of me figure out how this establishment has such high ratings.

LOCATION: It is really far away from the city centre, or anything particularly interesting, but is still somehow so incredibly noisy.. constantly. There is absolutely NO soundproofing whatsoever so you can hear everything ALL the time.

HYGIENE: There were little flies in my room all the time & a constant smell of mild sewage in the bathroom.

COMFORT: The bed/mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on. Slept incredibly poorly as a result of this. Woke up with stiff neck & sore shoulders every morning. I can only imagine this must be what sleeping on a prison cot bed feels like.

BREAKFAST: I’m so livid I actually paid for the breakfast option, as it was completely INEDIBLE!! Unidentified mush is probably the best way to describe it paired with fruits, veg & stale breadsticks.

Explained all of this to the Sales Manager on checkout when she asked how my stay was, but was offered absolutely nothing apart from an apology. How about a REFUND!!

Staying here felt like I was being punished. I desperately need to book a holiday to get over the stay at this AWFUL hotel.

L’accès à la piscine, le bonnet est obligatoire et il n’est rien indiqué dans le descriptif de l’hôtel. On est donc obligé de l’acheter , 4 euros un petit bonnet en tissu. Et la serviette n’est pas fourni, il faut prendre celle de la chambre avec laquelle on est censé se doucher…..

A wonderful, clean, and highly comfortable hotel with incredibly friendly staff and great facilities!
Pros:

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at The Nirvanas Hotel. The hotel is incredibly nice, clean, and modern. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service—the staff here are so friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very comfortable, and having access to the lovely indoor pool and spa facilities was a fantastic bonus after a long day of exploring Istanbul!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about at all—everything was really lovely and we enjoyed our stay!

Everything about our stay at The Nirvanas Hotel was a perfect 10.
The entire team is incredibly professional and welcoming. A special thanks to Caner Bey and Miray Hanım for their outstanding hospitality – they made us feel at home and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade!
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. I will definitely return with great pleasure and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
