Very good over all.
Pros:

It was even better than I expected, when comparing cost performance. It had a good desk-like counter which made it easy to do my work with my laptop. Hotel rooms are usually not built for business people who do actual work in their hotel room, so that was good.

Cons:

Nothing special.

Pros:

Love the location everything was clean and they gave complementary water which was nice. A good relatively affordable business hotel

Cons:

The walls weren't sound proofed so I could hear the other rooms. I am not too sensitive to sounds so I was able to sleep no problem but it good to know beforehand

Unbeatable value for money in Sendai.
Pros:

Breakfast was great!! Still very Japanese but with some international elements making it a tad more accessible. Room was exceptionally comfortable. Location was great - right in the heart of town. And for the money, I'm not sure how you could do better. Next time I'm in Sendai I'll most likely stay there again.

Cons:

There was no coffee in the room. That's about it. And there's a Lawson downstairs so I survived!!
