The property is immaculate, the location is convenient (metro just 3 mins walk away, lots of small local eateries, big supermarket just 5 mins walk away), and most importantly, the entire staff team is genuinely warm and welcoming!

We have no regrets staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the free coffee/tea, snacks, and water refill station. This is close to a subway that runs two lines, so it was great! It is less than a 5 mins walk. The rooms were clean and filled with necessities. They provided pajamas, shampoo and conditioner, soap, hair dryers, dish soap and sponge, kettle, laundry/dryer machine with free detergent! A/C and elevators are available. The highlight of this trip is Yu!!! We miss him already. He was so helpful to us and always greeted us with a smile. He saved me from showing up to the bus station without a reservation! Because of Yu, the four of us got to see Mount Fuji. We are so grateful. You will not regret staying here.

Great staff who were all so kind. They also arranged our nice luggage transport. The unit was our favorite of all 4 we stayed in during our 2 week trip. The train is conveniently located less than 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet but has nice options

まず宿泊前から感じたことですが、スタッフの方々の応対が素晴らしかったこと、特にフロントの「ゆうさん」は粉骨砕身のご接客をなさるお方で深く感動を覚えました！：）ホテルは地の利が良く、新宿には新宿線一本で行け、秋葉原や浅草方面にもアクセス良好。お部屋も広く家族４人で泊まるには十分なスペースがあり、快適な東京滞在ができ、こちらのホテルにして　つくづく良かったと感じています。

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I could store my luggage there during the day after checkout.

The property is spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, 4 people could live there comfortably.

Second visit was even better than first. Amazing staff members, super helpful. Great location close to subway.
In a neighborhood that doesn’t have too many tourists. Many local restaurants with great food, must try MontBlanc for japanese style burgers, Sakura Saku for burgers and Yakiniko restaurant close by (Yu-san from East Square recommended and were the best).
