良くも悪くも値段相応だが、設備管理がやや行き届いていなかった印象
Pros:

スタッフが親切、ユニットバスとトイレは綺麗、寝具も綺麗、立地駅近。

Cons:

冷蔵庫冷えない(電源を入れても同様)、エアコンから水が垂れる(施設一体型でかなり年季が入ってる)、壁紙剥がれ多め、ロビーのトイレがやや狭め、ウォッシャー無し
