A must stay location in Kyoto
Pros:

Loved this hotel, and can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here! From the moment we walked in staff were polite, helpful and attentive. The rooms were fantastic for family of four. Free coffee, tea and snacks in the foyer were appreciated as we headed out each morning. Free laundry facilities were also a welcome surprise.

Position very good, room spacious enough and possibility of good breakfast, and vegan bar during the day. Free laundry available

Pros:

The location was very good, easy to walk to the heart of Gion, shopping, restaurants, key sites. Staff was helpful, made a reservation for us for dinner, and overall were able to accommodate our requests & questions.

Cons:

Reusable slippers aren't great. Disposable or new ones are always best.

Zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet, sehr modern, sauber

Cons:

Klimaanlage leider unglaublich laut und nicht auf leistungsfähig- unverständlich bei so einem neuen Hotel, denn die Temperaturen sind im Sommer sehr hoch. Ohne Klima ist es nachts wirklich anstrengend

Pros:

Incredible location, walking distance to everything. Monuments, shopping, fantastic restaurants. Free laundry, great bathroom products (even toothbrush, hairbrush…), very helpful receptionists who spoke perfect English (unlike in our 5* Tokyo hotel where noone spoke English), great free coffee/chocolate/matcha, etc. machine… Beautiful large room with balcony.

Cons:

Nothing. Perfect!!!

Friendly helpful staff, great location and very clean. Disappointed in the room and breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the location was perfect, the room was comfortable

Cons:

We were on the second floor across from the lift and there was no natural light. The balcony was not what was pictured, there was no view and very dark. We stayed at the property because they offered a gluten free breakfast but they ran out of gluten free bread and other items.
