Warm stay in Kyoto
Pros:

We chose the terrace room with the sauna - we voted this our best bathroom among 4 total hotels in Japan. What also sets this hotel apart was the warmth of the front desk team - each one of them helpful, interested and delightful to interact with. Love the complimentary coffees and matcha too. Great location - easy access to all that Kyoto has to offer.

Pros:

Perfect location right in Gion. Modern clean hotel. Staff speaks English which is hard to find in Japan. 24h free laundry. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but they make great eggs on order

Comfortable, friendly and enjoyable.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly helpful, location was great and room was comfortable. We had a private sauna which was lovely. The breakfast each morning was fabulous.

浴室頗大，有酵素美容浴的功能第一次體驗，很棒！

Cons:

我們一行四人，預訂四人房，但實際入住，明顯是用二人房加床成四個單床，空間局促，行李箱攤開，幾乎佔用了走道空間。
