Great location, great accommodations, great staff!
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal- we had great service from Jordan and Fuji! The small details are the best, the turndowns at night, the umbrellas for rainy days, the chocolate sandwiches and skin care in the rooms. It was a wonderful experience!

Cons:

The tv had a hard time swiveling. Plus the tub rocked a little while getting out. It was nothing that ruined the stay. We will be back!

היתה בעיה טכנית עם מוכנות החדר שלנו ושדרגו אותנו לסוויטה מהממת.
בקומה 46 יש לאונג׳ עם קפה ועוגיות מול נוף מדהים.
שווה ממש

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר יחסית יקרה למה שמקבלים, אבל כשמשקללים את הנוף והשירות המוקפד ++, היה בסדר גמור.

Great location in Shibuya. Stunning views from the upper floors and very nice interior and fittings. Absolutely quiet and possibility to black-out, so very comfortable to sleep.

Amazing hotel with breathtaking views in the centre of Shinjuku
Pros:

What can i say about this hotel… everything was exquisite! We stayed in the junior king suite, the view was breathtaking! The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was fantastic!
