Pros:

食事は美味しかった！
ホテルのお部屋着とスリッパでお食事出来たので凄い楽でした！
よさこいが思った以上に素晴らしかった、参加がたで楽しませてもらいました。

Cons:

お部屋に入った時に少し靴の置き場に困ったかなぁ！

でも　それは解消できました！

次回もどこかのOMOを経験したいと思わせた宿泊。
Pros:

・以前の日航ホテルから上手くリニューアルがされていた。
・老若男女問わず快適に過ごせる空間と演出がされていると思った。

Cons:

もう少し宿泊料が安ければ^_^

二度と、星野リゾートは、使わない。

食堂は、まさにファミレス。

夜間まで、ドカン🤯、ドカン🤯という、わからぬ音が、15分から10分間隔で、鳴り響いていた。
部屋に電話も無し、初めて星野リゾートを使う人には、余りにも一方的な、システム、会計まで全てが、客無視。

部屋の照明は、消灯時、中々消えず、最後には真っ暗になり、非常用の懐中電灯を使った。　

洗面所が狭く、暗く、まるで1LDKの安いアパートだ。

Tout ! La déco, le confort, la vue, les bains mais surtout le petit déjeuner qui était absolument merveilleux !!!

Recensione

Il soggiorno all'OMO7 Kochi è stato piacevole sotto alcuni aspetti, ma abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con il servizio della reception.

Al momento del check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno 20 minuti prima che il personale riuscisse a individuare e verificare la nostra prenotazione. La situazione è risultata ancora più complicata dal fatto che il personale alla reception aveva notevoli difficoltà a comunicare in inglese, rendendo la procedura inutilmente lunga e confusa.

Abbiamo inoltre richiesto il servizio di spedizione delle valigie verso il nostro hotel di Tokyo. Anche in questo caso abbiamo riscontrato poca preparazione: il personale sembrava non sapere con chiarezza come gestire la richiesta e si è creata parecchia confusione, costringendoci a spiegare più volte ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.

Non metto in discussione la disponibilità del personale, che in generale è stata cortese, ma l'organizzazione e la preparazione della reception non sono state all'altezza di ciò che ci si aspetta da una struttura come OMO7.

Peccato, perché con una gestione più efficiente del front desk l'esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore.

当初はホテルの外で夕食と考えいたのですが、よさこいの全国大会最終日ということも有りどこも予約取れなくて、前日にホテルにお願いしたところ、予約満席にも関わらず丁寧に対応していただきホテルでの夕食を可能としていただきました。
