間違いはない
Pros:

綺麗で、ロビーの飲み物がとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

チェックインの際、ひどい頭痛で動けなくなってしまい、
頭痛薬を持っていなかったので受付スタッフの方に頭痛薬をいただけないか確認したところ、
そのようなことはしておりませんとのことで
体を引きづり部屋まで行きました。
自身では珍しいほどの頭痛で緊急だった為、もう少し心のこもったご対応を期待してしまいました。

Very upsetting when I prepaid for my room and they claim they did not receive payment.

Cons:

The hotel insisted on charging my credit card when I had already paid in full to Booking.com for the rooms. I had receipts and credit card statement showing that I had paid. They could not resolve the problem the whole time we were there and I had to waste my time talking to 3 managers. None of them could resolve the problem so I had to pay again for the rooms, double charged, before checking out. Now I have to waste my time contacting Booking.com to attempt to be refunded for the double charge. Very disappointed with both Booking.com and OMO7 Hoshino Resorts accounting departments.
