Excellent! Highly recommend this particular location in Kyoto!
Pros:

There are several of these hotels in Kyoto, but we LOVED this location. On a quiet street, close to a train station, close to the famous market it is ideal. The staff were incredible, helping with directions, providing umbrellas (!!)for the day etc.The hotel offers coffee and other beverages in the lobby throughout the day. Of the 3 cities we visited, this was our favorite hotel.

Heerlijk verblijf, aanrader!
Pros:

De locatie was top, dichtbij alles eigenlijk. De medewerkers bij de receptie waren enorm vriendelijk en hebben ons goed geholpen met restaurants en andere tips. Het appartement was heerl fijn. Schoon, alles aanwezig, goede ruime kamers, goede badkamers, echt heerlijk! Ook erg fijn dat we konden wassen (er was wasmiddel ruimschoots aanwezig), en de koffie van beneden. We hebben enorm genoten! Absoluut een aanrader!

Pros:

Clean and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 toilets which suit a family, spacious. The only problem is limited 6-ppl rooms and not allowed to add sofa bed to 4-ppl room if you have 5 ppl. We had to book a room in another nearby hotel to accommodate a family.

Cons:

Couldnt add a sofa bed to 4-ppl room.

Super comfortable and warm vibe
Pros:

I have travelled a lot and can say staff were excellent. The attention to just little things like preparing a booklet of recommended resultants in the area was great. Fun games to help you interact with the area were good add ons too

Pros:

It is a very spacious suite with great amenities and friendly staff

Perfect family accommodation in Central Kyoto!!
Pros:

I loved nearly everything. The location was great, centrally located ~15m walk to Nishiki Market, Termacha/Shinkyogo and ~15m walk to the Imperial Palace and Gardens, Nijo Castle. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was huge and amazing with 2 kids. In room laundry and kitchen facilities were heavily used!

Cons:

The only negative was the kitchen is not part of the cleaning service until the 5th day, so we never had the kitchen cleaning service, which would've been nice, but did not detract from our stay or experience in the slightest!

Cosy & comfortable stay
Pros:

The property was well located. Near a bus stop and within short walking distance of a subway station. The rooms were spacious with an efficient washer-dryer. Cutlery was sufficient. Had an elevator. Also had a complimentary tea-coffee-sake-wine station near the lobby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. They were always ready to greet you and willing to help whenever needed. The rooms are huge, clean, and has everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable from humidifiers to keep dry air at bay to in-room washing machines to large baths and etc. The hotel itself is conveniently located near restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries and convenience stores while the subway is only a short 5 minute walk away.
