Fantastic location. I can highly recommend it! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely and comfortable. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I will definitely come back.
The only downside was that the wine, both in the restaurant and on the terrace, was served in plastic glasses, which was not something I expected from such a nice hotel
Fantastic location!!! Can’t beat the location. Lots of amazing places to eat at your doorstep and train station and famous crossing only a 2 minute walk.
Clean and practical
This hotel was excellent and super clean!! Hats off to the housekeeping staff. Also the location could not have been better. Halal restaurant just downstairs outside the hotel, Mega Donki just outside the hotel, Shibuya scramble and train station is like a 5min walk away. Best of all there is also a Street Kart location 7min walk away for Mario Karting around. 7 Eleven, Lawson and Family Marts are conveniently location all around the hotel there is even a Uniqlo store just 3mins walk away.
The bathroom (specifically toilet is an exceptional experience). The water pressure in the shower was 10/10 and the amenities like lotion etc. provided were of a very high quality.
Both the front desk and restaurant staff were so friendly and inviting!
The breakfast selection was plenty full and quite a few items changed daily which, as a foodie was chefs kiss.

Ein sehr stimmiges und feines Hotel. Eine Oase inmitten von Tokio. Man hat dort wirklich an alles gedacht. Und extrem freundliches Personal.

if you want a real flavor of downtown tokyo this is the perfect place to stay. the hotel is super clean, the stuff is speaking english ( yes to our total surprise in japan english is not so much spoken but with the help of google translate you can make it) . downstairs there are two amazing coffee shops, 20 m away it is a street with restaurant, across the street is a big store so yes it is worth. Moreover i had my birthday during my visit and the hotel staff wrote me a letter with happy birthday wishes which was really heart melting.

The breakfast was wonderful. In my top 2 of traveling. Your staff in the restaurant were excellent and kind. Your everyone of your staff was awesome and helpful.
The bed mattress was hard for my liking..
Other than that, the entire staff were helpful and kind.
