Excellent location!
Pros:

Excelent location in Shibuya!! For a direct view on the Shibuya crossover choose a corner room, and as up as possible. We stayed on the 26th floor and the view was amazing! Even if the room faces the street, ot was not as noisy as expected: we heard only the ambulances, the rest of the traffic didn’t bother us.
It is 3 minutes walk from the metro station, the neighbourhood is vibrant and the shops are nearby.
The rooms was clean, well equipped and well maintained. I have to mention that the daily cleaning was at the highest level I ever met.
An excellent breakfast was provided, both a la carte and buffet style. Hot and cold dishes were available all the time, mini sweets and mini bites, fresh fruit and vegetables, soups, sushi. The coffee is better to be order from the bar. Also I recommend the eggs benedict.
The staff was very helpful: they assisted me in sending my luggage to the next location, gave us info and advices

In general the stay was great! As we didn’t spend much time in the room its size was not so annoying.
Pros:

Location is an absolute superb!

Cons:

The look from the window was not as fun as I expected and of course the room was too small for 3 travelers. It might be normal for Japan but my wife estimation of value for money is different. Sorry!

Hotel Indigo was one of our highlights of our Tokyo stay.
Pros:

Location was the best easy walking to Shibuya Crossing, shopping lots of places to find great restaurants or street food. The best was across from Mega Don Quixote.

Cons:

Our stay was to short in Tokyo.

An amazing place to stay near the heart of Shibuya

Loved the vibe and the rooftop terrace and bar.

Beautiful design and a great location, let down by a cramped room and a gym too small to use.
Pros:

The design is genuinely excellent, one of the better-looking hotels we've stayed in, with a real sense of place rather than generic chain styling. The location is superb, right in the middle of everything in Shibuya and walkable to most of what we wanted to see. Housekeeping was also spotless throughout. Fantastic view.

Cons:

Three things. The price feels steep for what you actually get. The gym is tiny, once more than three people are in there it becomes unusable, which in practice meant every single morning. And the rooms are small to the point of being impractical: with two suitcases there was genuinely nowhere to put them.
