מלון טוב למי שרוצה ללון באזור המרכזי של שיבויה
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, מבחר של דברים לאכול ואפשרות להזמנה אישית לפי תפריט.
מיקום מרכזי קרוב להכל ונגיש מאד.
צוות מקסים ושירות מצוין של כל צוות המלון.
יש מרפסת גג בקומה 11 שכיף לשבת בה ולהזמין אוכל ושתיה.

Cons:

החדרים די קטנים ואין מקום למזוודות.
בסמוך למלון בונים בניין חדש ושומעים משם רעש כי עובדים גם בלילה, אנחנו הפעלנו את פילטר נקיון האוויר על רמה בינונית וזה עושה רעש שמפצה על הרעש מהבניה.

Good place to experience the hustle of Shibuya, but look elsewhere for value.
Pros:

The location was very central for Shibuya so good for shopping and lots of bars. Hotel also had a nice 'rooftop' terrace / beer garden.

Cons:

The room was microscopic. The only place to lay out a full sized suitcase was in the hallway between the bathroom and the door, which means it's constantly in the way. That would've been annoying if it was only 1 traveller, but we were 2, so the room felt very claustrophobic.

Extremely expensive for food and drink as well, I think we paid almost 7k yen for 4 beers and a bowl of hot chips. They add a service charge to everything, including the buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel bad poorly managed
Pros:

Property is nice, the problem is the staff and it attitude

Cons:

The room was dirty, there were hairs in the bathtub and shower, also the air con filters were so dirty no air passed through.

Room clean, staff frendly however the bed sunken make us back pain

Located of the hotel in the crowded area, close to the shibuya crossing

Cons:

Many stranger people intoxicated around the hotel, not recommend staying with kids due to this situation
