Location is great.
Hotel kind of worn off. Needs renovation.

Location
The room was very small, and the window faced directly onto a wall, making it feel quite claustrophobic. The furnishings and fixtures were outdated, the air conditioner appeared not to have been properly cleaned, and its position was poorly designed. The bed was also very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Breakfast
Great location, and good value
Rooms are small, even for a business hotel. Could help this by raising the beds to allow for luggage to be stored underneath
Good location & good price
Bad smell, moldy
Tolle Lage und super Personal. Sehr sauber
Great location near train station. Our twin room was a good size and very comfy. Nice staff . Good breakfast available.
All good
Close to the station and very polite staff
No issues, clean, as advertised, comfortable budget hotel near main station, restaurants etc.
No particular issues.
The location is great—just a few meters from the train station. The hotel offers very good value for the price. I recommend it for those staying in Nagano.
