The convenient lication and the decent room size do not compensate all other minuses(bad food, poor services)

Pros:

The location was get if you are looking to stay by the airport. Super easy to get to walking from the station. Had a shuttle if you didn’t take the subway/train, and had a lawsons downstairs. Spacious and comfortable. Loved the amenities.

館内ばきの用意は、感動しました
Pros:

行きも帰りも、荷物を預けられて手ぶらで出かけられました。21階の雲がでる仕掛けや綿菓子は孫が喜びました。朝食もとても良かったです。

Cons:

息子の部屋は、浴槽に髪の毛が残っていて、掃除が行き届いてないようでした。
カードキーが1枚の部屋があり、別々に出かけられなくて、2枚欲しかったです
