Really nice hotel. Onsen is amazing. The bar and restaurant have a fantastic view of the bay. There is a free shuttle to the airport if you book how ever it's just as easy to get the train if the time slot is full like it was for us.

Cons:

The staff at check in and he k out were not as friendly as we have experienced in other hotels across Japan, when we checked in he didn't tell us about the hotel, breakfast etc and was a bit grumpy to be honest. It was the same when checking out.

コスパ最高のホテル
Pros:

初めて星野リゾートに泊まりました。シングルでしたがツインのお部屋でした。無駄のない快適な空間でくつろげました。
お風呂とサウナもとてもきれいで温泉旅館に来たようでした。（温泉水ではありません）
チェックアウト前後に荷物を自分で管理できるロッカールームがあり飛行機の時間が午後遅かった私にはとても助かりました。
立地は駅からすぐ、アウトレットまでもショッピングセンターをぶらぶらしているうちに付くかんじで便利です。
朝食も和洋中がそろっていて景色もよく朝からとても気分がよくなりました。

また利用させていただきたいと思います。　ほかの星野リゾートにもぜひ訪れてみたいです。
ありがとうございました。

1階のラウンジは空調がなくとても暑かったので利用しませんでした。

Comodo 10 minuti di navetta dall' aereoporto
Pros:

L'hotel è a 10 minuti dall'aereoporto, è c'è un servizio navetta gratuita per arrivarci. La stanza molto confortevole, abbiamo usufruito della Spa molto bella.
