A very convenient stay with spacious rooms, excellent onsen and sauna facilities, and a great location next to the stati
Pros:

The room was very spacious and having a small kitchen with an induction stovetop was really convenient. Check-in and check-out were both very fast and easy. The location was excellent — just a few steps from the train station, with a Lawson convenience store right there. I also really liked the baggage packing area with lockers and a scale to check luggage weight — such a useful and thoughtful facility to have at an airport hotel.

The public facilities were another highlight; I really enjoyed both the onsen and sauna. Breakfast was nice too, especially the fresh pancake station & salad options.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room seemed to be centrally restricted and couldn’t be set below 23°C, which was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. Interestingly, my co-traveller’s room could be lowered to 18°C, so there seems to be some inconsistency between rooms. The green light on the air-conditioning control panel was also surprisingly bright at night. I even tried covering it with some tape, but the light still came through, so it was quite noticeable when trying to sleep.

Cleanliness could also be improved: some areas of the walls had quite a lot of dust, and the carpet felt a little dirty and humid, so I preferred wearing slippers or socks inside. There are only a limited number of parking spaces at the hotel. The nearby alternative parking was still convenient enough, although less ideal when we arrived in heavy rain. For the otherwise excellent onsen facilities, one small suggestion would be to provide a vacuum cleaner in the changing/drying area so guests can quickly clean up fallen hair after drying, as I’ve seen in some Japanese gyms.

Une nuit agréable dans un cauchemar de réservation
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour l’accès aéroport via navette gratuite mis à disposition selon horaires à faire sur QR CODE
Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité et du choix mais le prix est exagéré
L’enregistrement a l’arrivée et comme tt les établissements que nous avons fréquenté … modernité mais avec l’aide d’un employé sinon cela ne fonctionne pas encore très bien
La chambre est plus grande qu’à l’habitude et fonctionnelle
Le bar au 21 ième étage agréable
Avec une vue à 210 degrés
Un restaurant à 500 m à pieds en face le super marché est très bien et abordable

Cons:

Un point désagréable suite à une erreur de précision de nombre de personnes dans une chambre
Il à était impossible de se s’arranger via Booking et ils ont été intransigeant et pas très sympathique au passage
Vraiment une expérience désagréable
Si vous faites une réservation pour plusieurs chambres ..vérifié bien le nombre de personnes par chambre car eux sont sans pitié et pas du tout arrangeant
