O hotel é espetacular. Ele fica na Kabukicho Tower, onde você já encontra muitas opções de entretenimento. A vista da cidade é incrível. O café da manhã é o melhor que tivemos no Japão até o momento (essa é nossa segunda visita). Mas o que eu queria destacar é o atendimento. Do subsolo B3 até a recepção, área do café da manhã e tudo mais, todos os funcionários foram impecáveis. Com um nível de profissionalismo, simpatia, eficiência e cortesia que eu ainda não tinha experimentado em nenhum lugar do Japão. Queria muito agradecer a cada um deles. Muito obrigado por terem feito nossa experiência tão perfeita.

Wonderful views excellent location but not great value for money - very small nothing special room

Great views and an excellent location

Cons:

The room was way too small for a 4-night stay, even with just carry-on luggage—it desperately needs more hooks or shelves. For the price, the amenities were disappointing; we expected a proper coffee machine or basic instant coffee/English Breakfast tea instead of the difficult "coffee in a cup" style. Overpriced for what you get, as you are essentially just paying for the view. Very clean and tidy just nothing special for the price! You could get much better value for money at similar properties around this location.

I had a great time. Absolutely loved the view from my room.
Pros:

The location was convenient. Breakfast was good. However, I stayed for 5 nights at the property so I would have preferred a variation in the breakfast buffet at least after the 3rd night's stay.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I had to go to the lobby and then take a lift at another location to exit the hotel.
