Pros:

Great location, there's a limousine bus directly to this hotel which was convenient. We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. Beds were great albeit two single beds.

Cons:

The vanity for the toilets were by the beds which was a weird design choice

Wonderful location, stunning city views, modern amenities
Pros:

Great, central location; easy check in and check out process; stunning city views and sunsets right from our room; clean, modern rooms and amenities; and friendly staff.

Cons:

I wish the onsite restaurant featured traditional Japanese cuisine or Asian-fusion. It featured Italian cuisine and I couldn’t find many options for my teenage daughter, so we never ate there even though it would have been convenient.

This is probably the best hotel you can stay at in Shinjuku!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, amazing view from the room, very nice staff! Breakfast is very reach and tasty

Cons:

The washing machines are supposed to dry the clothes, but they don’t work that well. I’d go with the paid laundry service.

Не советую, множество отелей за эти деньги гораздо лучшего сервиса, местоположения и чистоты. Район вообще отдельная ист

Комната была домтаточно тихой на 28 этаже. Вид был интересный

Cons:

Цена не соответствует качеству, цена завышена раза в 3.
Если Вы выбираете между этим отелем и другими, советую этот даже не брать в расчет, будете разочарованы. Номер убирают посредственно, на ковре грязь ещё от предыдущих постояльцев.
Завтрак сносный, но народу очень и очень много, шумно. В ресторане, если вы решите там отобедать очень долго несут заказ, потратите часа 1,5 и по кухне очень посредственно. Персонал отеля очень старается тебе помочь, но понимают меньше половины сказанного или вообще не понимают, что ты просишь, от этого ещё большее разочарование.

The location was very close to Shinjuku station, so accessible and easy to get around with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The view from the hotel room was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The area is extremely busy, but the same can be said about many areas in Tokyo.
