Happy stay again.
Pros:

Favourite hotel in Tokyo. Extended our stay with more nights

Cons:

Minor grouch. So far with over 5nights stay, only required one single room cleaning. So when requested for extra coffee, only one coffee sachet given. Hotel could have been more generous.

Otherwise housekeeping has been excellent.

Location location location. Also the view was incredible.

Cons:

The rooms are TINY for the price… even for Japanese standards. And hotel bar was probably the most expensive restaurant in all of Japan that we went to. Like $20 cocktails.

Happy stay again
Pros:

Previous stays were happy. Continued to stay here. Next year April again too.

Cons:

Bed could be firmer. Space could be more spacious if room is designed slightly bigger. Now it’s just about adequate. Hotel could also have upgraded stay in view of repeat guests and 9 nights stay.

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay at the Groove Hotel. Although the Room was small. We did not feel claustrophobic. Staff was very Friendly and helpful💯
Hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku. Restaurants, Bars , Malls and Lounges all nearby. Will definitely stay here again.
