Good location, clean and nice rooftop view.
Pros:

Clean, with a good location and friendly staff. They have a rooftop that offers a superb view of Tokyo Skytree and the nearby temple. The bed and pillows are comfortable as well.

Pros:

Location was ideal for us, slightly away from the busyness of tourism but close enough to major places. We just walked everywhere as most places were walkable. We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was attentive. Close enough to sumida river so morning walks/runs were great!

Cons:

The room was cramped although I was expecting that.
Initially I booked the hotel with free breakfast but our plan got changed bc our air flight was delayed due to uncontrollable emergency landing. I had to rebook the dates and asked hotel staff if they can include breakfast bc this was out of control to rebook due to delay but they wouldn’t honored that. Turns out breakfast was expensive so we didn’t eat there at all.

Home away from home in Asakusa
Pros:

I have stayed here 3 times, always comfortable, clean and a quiet relaxing space away from the energy of Tokyo.
Large smart TV creates a space to relax when you need to rest

Cons:

It’s a little walk to all train stations but nothing to worry about.
They have got rid of the kiosk in the lobby. Replaced by more cafe seating
