Excellent hotel for Kagoshima with amazing views
Pros:

Excellent location and amazing views over Sakurajima. Tram stop in front of hotel takes you everywhere you want to go. Clean. Nice onsen and fitness room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Sometimes breakfast can be a bit full and you’ll have to wait a bit before you can dine. Depends on if there’s a tour group at the hotel as they eat at the same time.

素晴らしいホテルです
Pros:

とても綺麗であり、スタッフもみなフレンドリーであり、快適に過ごせます。なんといっても静かで清潔。また、隣の部屋の生活音がきこえるようなことはありませんでした。快適なベッドでゆっくりと眠れました。

Cons:

個人的には、ロケーションはやや不便かもしれません。また、部屋にシャワーしかないのが残念でした。

Great room views and nice onsen
Pros:

Rooms were very generous, great views of the volcano. Beds were quite comfortable. Onsen was great for a hotel option. Good value for money.
Concierge services were stand out, helped out with restaurant bookings with care and promptness.
Vivarium bar was amazing for sunset drinks.

Cons:

Decor a little dusty, shower smelled a bit musty. The in house restaurants couldn't accomodate a booking, unfortunate, but not the end of the world. Pillows weren't great - puffed down to nothing. The shuttle buses start too late. Not that easy to use the blinds (cords) to pull up the blinds. Would be great to have that mechanised.

Spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable room with excellent view in a well positioned hotel with court
Pros:

Beautiful and well designed room with spectacular view. Extremely good breakfast- buffet style with wide variety and generous amounts. Helpful and polite staff. Convenient parking a short distance away. Shout out to the person who recommended the coin laundry behind Family Mart across the road- was very convenient !!

さすが一流ホテル
Pros:

母と一緒行く予定でしたが年末亡くなり
今回1人で宿泊しました
コメントで母も楽しみにしておりました記載したところ部屋にメッセージとクッキーが入ってました
お部屋も桜島ビュー(リクエスト)でよかったです
母がいたら喜んだと思います

足湯もあってリラックスできました

Cons:

朝食会場のスタッフの対応で朝食込みプランなのにレストラン出る際サインを求められた
名前は私の名前を呼ばれたが全く違う部屋番号伝えられた
レストラン会場も人で不足で対応もできないんでしょう
宿泊の部屋番号伝えて間違いとわかったが、びっくりしました

ホテルから鹿児島中央バスターミナルの送迎あるが
始発が10時からもう少し早い時間から出ていると良いなあと思いました
