滿意，會再住
Pros:

酒店好舒服、好安靜，又有shuttle 去到鹿兒島中央車站，都算方便嘅，但其實行去都唔係好遠，大概10 零分鐘路程，酒店隔離有間大型超級市場，斜對面有間平價超級市場同便利店，附近又有一間廿四小時嘅自助洗衫舖，非常方便。
酒店設施非常好，溫泉舒服，同埋有得額外浸腳非常之好，而且間房夠大，比喺其他日本酒店嚟講係非常之大。

員工服務親切同體貼，我去完屋久島買咗啲熱情果返嚟酒店，跟住問佢哋借餐刀去切啲熱情果，佢哋會記住，唔會喺每一日執房嘅時候收走咗把餐刀，仲會同我洗乾淨擺返好，呢啲細節位要讚，清潔完我間房之後仲會幫手開埋空氣清新機。

酒店間居酒屋啲嘢好食，服務員非常親切，主廚雖然唔識英文，但都好主動同我交流，教我點樣食，同埋啲嘢食真係唔貴，可以舒舒服服咁就可以食晒鹿兒島嘅特色美食，佢嘅豬肉火鍋、燒鰻魚等都好食，佢哋嘅燒物係好出色。

早餐就正正常常酒店早餐，無驚喜，但都會有鹿兒島嘅特色嘢食，例如雞飯、魚餅、櫻島橘子烏冬，同埋有雪糕。

素敵なエクスペリエンスをお届けするホテル
Pros:

宿泊する前に宮崎のマンゴーを買っていき切ってもらうことが可能かきいたところ、快く許可してくださりました。かつ、ホテル側からお電話いただければその時間に持っていきますとの事でした。無理なお願いなはずなのにとても嬉しかったです！
そして、チェックアウトが12時との事だったので、朝食後もゆっくり過ごせて良かったです！

Great stay in Kagoshima- comfortable , clean and extra facilities to enjoy. Recommend.

Pros:

For a luxury stay in Kagoshima, Sheraton is the destination. Very good staff, excellent breakfast, 5 star amenities. This is a great choice for a short trip to beautiful Kagoshima. Food bath is a great property. And the view to the Sakurajima ... Just breathtaking. Make the extra booking, and choose the Sakurajima.view room. You will not regret.

Cons:

It would be better to have hotel outfit to the onsen. However this is not a show stopper.

Sehr schönes Hotel - große Auswahl beim tollem Frühstücksbüffet - sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt war sehr gut.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das geräumige helle Zimmer hatte den gewünschten Ausblick 🤓❣️ Frühstück war im Angebot außergewöhnlich gut. Verschiedene warme Speisen, sowie verschiedene Salate und leckerer Sushi 🍣 wurden Angeboten. Auch dieses mal hatten wir das „Daily Social“ Buffet gebucht. Ab 18 Uhr ist das absolut empfehlenswert. Wir sind noch einmal im Hotel und werden es wieder nutzen. Informiere dich über das Angebot mit den Getränken. Es gibt drei Möglichkeiten. Wir hatten das mittlere Angebot (ich glaube es hieß Gold oder so ähnlich) Getränke - Wein, Bier, …inklusive.

Cons:

Bitte rechnet etwas Zeit beim Frühstück ein.
Wir waren 8 Uhr da und es waren ca. 12 Personen vor uns, die auch einen Tisch im Restaurant haben wollten.
Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen aber die Straßenbahn hält genau vor dem Hotel.
