The BEST!
Pros:

This hotel is special! We were amazed at the views from our room! Our rooms were spacious and beautiful. The onsen was luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and had so much variety! The customer service was excellent and we appreciated all the help provided by concierge. We loved Kagoshima and wished we stayed more than two nights!

Cons:

The hotel didn't want you to wear the provided pajamas to the onsen which is different than any other hotel we visited in Japan.

Pros:

部屋から望む桜島は圧巻でした！部屋も洗練されたインテリアで私好みでしたし、浴槽が無い分広々とした部屋でした。あと、温泉もとても気持ち良く、夜×2、朝×1と計三回入湯しました。欲を言えば、露天風呂から桜島が見えたら最高だろうなと思いました。朝食も申し分ない内容とサービスでした。

Cons:

EV車の充電設備が無かったことが残念でした。
朝食の際、オムレツを提供してる真上の棚板やサイドの飾り棚の埃が気になりました。多分、身長の高い方じゃないと気にならないかもしれませんが、朝日が差し込み余計に私には目立って見えました。高い位置の清掃にも気を使われることを望みます。

滿意，會再住
Pros:

酒店好舒服、好安靜，又有shuttle 去到鹿兒島中央車站，都算方便嘅，但其實行去都唔係好遠，大概10 零分鐘路程，酒店隔離有間大型超級市場，斜對面有間平價超級市場同便利店，附近又有一間廿四小時嘅自助洗衫舖，非常方便。
酒店設施非常好，溫泉舒服，同埋有得額外浸腳非常之好，而且間房夠大，比喺其他日本酒店嚟講係非常之大。

員工服務親切同體貼，我去完屋久島買咗啲熱情果返嚟酒店，跟住問佢哋借餐刀去切啲熱情果，佢哋會記住，唔會喺每一日執房嘅時候收走咗把餐刀，仲會同我洗乾淨擺返好，呢啲細節位要讚，清潔完我間房之後仲會幫手開埋空氣清新機。

酒店間居酒屋啲嘢好食，服務員非常親切，主廚雖然唔識英文，但都好主動同我交流，教我點樣食，同埋啲嘢食真係唔貴，可以舒舒服服咁就可以食晒鹿兒島嘅特色美食，佢嘅豬肉火鍋、燒鰻魚等都好食，佢哋嘅燒物係好出色。

早餐就正正常常酒店早餐，無驚喜，但都會有鹿兒島嘅特色嘢食，例如雞飯、魚餅、櫻島橘子烏冬，同埋有雪糕。

素敵なエクスペリエンスをお届けするホテル
Pros:

宿泊する前に宮崎のマンゴーを買っていき切ってもらうことが可能かきいたところ、快く許可してくださりました。かつ、ホテル側からお電話いただければその時間に持っていきますとの事でした。無理なお願いなはずなのにとても嬉しかったです！
そして、チェックアウトが12時との事だったので、朝食後もゆっくり過ごせて良かったです！
