comfortable and calm
Pros:

Location is great
gym is well done
rooms are nice
breakfast is good although the coffee is subpar
staff is attentive and nice
aircon is quiet
no noise from outside

Cons:

rooms can be complicated since it is digital
the ofuro/ sentoh/ shared bath is quite small and women and men have different facilities.

Excellent hotel with wonderful facilities
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were amazing. Loved the pool, gym, and comfortable beds. It was a perfect place to stay in our stopover in Nagoya. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Beautiful room, perfect location (quiet and a stone throw away from the bustling shopping streets. Staff was very attentive.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was my best hotel during our trip.

Cons:

朝食の内容が徐々にクオリティを下げないでほしい。あのオレンジジュースがないのは困る。今のはただの還元ジュース。枕はあれは高すぎて首によくないほど。。チェックイン、チェックアウトはもう少しスムーズにできる気がする。
